Gokshuradi guggulu is an ayurvedic concoction that is primarily composed of gokshura (Tribulus Terrestris), Shuddha Guggul (Commiphora Mukul)
- Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
- Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
- Pippali (piper longum)
- Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)
- Mustak or Nagarmotha (Cyperus rotundus)
- Amla or Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis)
Dosage: 1- 2 tablets twice daily with plain water.
