Peach is a fruit which is delicious as well as healthy. This fruit contain many antioxidants and nutrients. Peach contains 80 % of water and good source of fiber. Apart from this, due to the high levels of enzymes, natural vitamins and fiber present in peach. It is also extremely beneficial for your body.
