According to Ayurveda Banana balances vata dosha and pitta dosha but increase kapha dosha. Its medicinal properties help in treating impotence , male infertility and low weight.

HOW TO USE BANANA
Banana Fruit :take banana fruit as per your taste after taking light food.
Banana Stem Juice : take 2-4 teaspoons of banana stem juice.
Banana Stem Powder : take 1/4-1/2 tsp of banana stem powder. Add honey or water and have it after meals twice a day.
