Ayurved is experiencing a global resurgence and it is being recognized as the oldest and most intelligent system of healing known to mankind. For health related disorders including skin conditions, ulcerative colitis, IBS, avascular necrosis etc many patients seek out ayurveda treatment but do not receive good ayurvedic care.
The power of Ayurveda, a traditional science with a 5000-year history, is still largely unknown. Ayurveda is able to treat all illnesses that other medical systems are unable to address, such as liver cirrhosis, urticaria, eczema, appendicitis, tinnitus etc.
Dosha, Dhatu and Mala are the foundations for ayurvedic therapies, and Nadi Priksha, Daarshan Priksha or Sparshan Priksha are used to make a proper diagnosis.
Many consider Ayurveda to be a secondary option for treatment since there is lack of adequate research in this field. They only adhere to home remedies and think that these kind of remedies are Ayurvedic treatment.
There are some myths about Ayurveda that:-
It takes longer to work
Ayurveda means a strict vegetarian diet
Ayurveda is an outdated system
Ayurvedic treatment does not need a doctor
