INSTRUCTIONS
Use Goond pieces of appropriate size, neither too large and break them into small pieces. Take a pan pour some Ghee and heat it. Then put little amounts of Goond at a time to the Ghee and it will puff up like popcorn, then fry it a low flame.
Fry the filtered flour it in the leftover Ghee till it turns pinkish, then take it out in a vessel.
Take a frying pan and dry roast the remaining items/herbs (Musali, Pippali mool, Pipali, Sonth, Kamarkas, Ashwagandha, KhusKhus seeds, Flax seeds) except the dry fruits and Mellon seeds. The roasting should be done on a medium flame for 5-1
Now crush/grind each one the roasted herb (Musali, Pippali mool, Pipali, Sonth, Kamarkas, Ashwagandha) except khuskhus seeds and flax seeds in a gringer to make a fine paste.
Cut the dry fruits almonds, pista, walnut and cashews into small pieces.Also Peel and crush Elaichi.
Take the jiggery or guda and break it into small pieces with your hand you can also crush it so that it can be mixed with the flour easily.
Mix well all the ingredients- the roasted wheat flour, gur, all the grinded herbs, Ghondh, flax seeds, melon seeds, khuskhus seeds, grated coconut, all the dry fruits, elachi powder and ghee. You can Mix more amount of ghee if the mixture is too dry.
Take little amount of mixture in your hand at a time; roll it in round shape.
This is for 5servings and you can store these Ladoos for a month.
The “Bhrama” or Vertigo is defined as a sensation of whirling and loss of balance, associated particularly with looking down from a great height, or caused by disease affecting the inner ear or the vestibular nerve; giddiness.

Kaunch Beej-
It is considered as an excellent neuroprotective herb, enriched with good amounts of levodopa amino acid which helps to stimulates brain functions and also balances the Trayo doshas i.e. Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
It helps to resolve symptoms associated with vertigo.
Drinking a mixture of 1 tsp kaunch beej powder mixed with 1 small glass of warm milk soothes throbbing headaches and resolves vertigo.
Shankapushpi-

Hepatitis A
It is infection of the liver which is highly contagious and caused by the Hepatitis- A virus.
This infection spreads by eating fruits, vegetables, and other contaminated food items.

The main symptoms associated with this disease are-
Inflammation of the liver
Jaundice
Stomach pain
Loss of appetite

Dengue

Anxiety disorders are kind of mental state of the body. Anxiety is a normal emotion. It is brain’s way of reacting to stress .It’s normal to have some anxiety. DESCRIPTION OF INGREDIENTS
Nirgundi
Arthritic pain is a condition in which pain is felt in the joints in both osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis due to the aggravation of Vata dosha. Nirgundi helps in the management of this pain due to its Vata balancing property.
Bala
Bala powder, also known as Sida cordifolia powder is an extract from an Ayurvedic herb used for its medicinal and beautifying properties. The powder is anti-inflammatory in nature. It is also considered as the best tonic for the nerve and rejuvenates Vata disorders.
Sonth
Sonth contains anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe arthritis. Sonth or Shunthi is also called vishvabhejhaj (universal medicine) due its many uses.
