We get bored after eating sweet porridge again and again, then you can make salty recipe. In this recipe, onions add green chili vegetables and cashew nuts or peanuts. To make this upma, we are using oatmeal because of this it makes a very high fiber recipe and at the same time it makes very healthy breakfast due to vegetables. Its taste is also very balanced, due to which children and elders can eat it comfortably. Ready-to-eat breakfast like corn flakes ready to eat, ready to eat poha ready to eat upma ready to eat idli should not be made fresh breakfast everyday at home. Oatmeal is made from whole wheat, due to which there is a lot of fiber in it. It is beneficial for heart patients, the glycemic index of oatmeal is also very high, due to which it is also very nutritious for the patients of diabetes because it does not increase the sugar immediately on account of it gradually increasing the body. Gives glucose, which does not increase the amount of sugar in the blood and also provides energy. Oatmeal has twice the fiber than brown rice, it is not refined as well, due to which it contains nutrients. Oatmeal is also good for people suffering constipation or constipation because it contains a high amount of insoluble fiber.

Two or three types of porridge are available in the market, thick porridge for medium size and fine porridge. Upma you can make any type of porridge. To make the porridge tastier, add the favorite vegetables to it. This makes the porridge soft and also enhances its taste. Adding peanut cashews to Upma makes it tastier. At the time of serving upma, add finely grated coconut, coriander and lemon juice over it.

Ingredients used in salted porridge / porridge upma
Two cups roasted porridge (daliya)
Four water
Two cups chopped vegetables (finely chopped carrots, peas finely chopped red yellow capsicum, finely chopped cabbage)
2 finely chopped tomatoes
A finely chopped large onion
2 finely chopped green chilies (if it is made for children, add big pieces that you can easily separate)
20-25 Roasted Peanuts or Cashew Nuts
A spoon mustard or mustard
A spoon cumin
Two spoons urad dal
15 -20n curry leaves

Put the water in a separate pot to boil
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds or mustard seeds, when the mustard seeds start bursting, add cumin seeds and urad dal, chana dal. Let it be a little badass.
Now add curry leaves and green chilies, and let it be crispy.
Now add onion and cook till it turns slightly brown.
Now add all the finely chopped green vegetables leaving the tomatoes in it and let it cook for two-three minutes.
Now add boiled water, salt, roasted peanuts or cashews to it.
Due to adding boiled water, it will come to a boil immediately, add roasted porridge to it as soon as it boils.
Mix it properly and cover the pressure cooker. Cook it till it comes to three to four cities. Do not open the pressure cooker immediately when its steam comes out.
Serve hot oatmeal upma and add finely chopped green coriander, grated coconut and lemon juice over it.
