Introduction
Amenorrhea is defined as the absence of menstruation during the reproductive years of a woman’s life. It does not mean a person is infertile, but can be a sign of a health problem. The most common cause is hormone disruption, which can be due to emotional stress, extreme weight loss, excessive exercise or certain reproductive disorders.
Types of amenorrhea
Primary amenorrhea
In this condition, periods do not occur even at the age of 16, which is called primary amenorrhea.
Secondary amenorrhea
Secondary amenorrhea describes women who experience an absence of more than three menstrual cycles after having regular periods. This problem can usually arise during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Apart from this, underactive thyroid, polycystic ovary syndrome can also become a cause of this problem.

- White discharge from the nipple

Natural treatment for amenorrhea
1. Ashoka
