All these lifestyle disorders further lead to severe chronic non communicable diseases which are proven to be life threatening. Present day lifestyle brings a lot of stress in return. Stress is the response to a psychological or physical trigger that the body faces as threatening or challenging. And this stress is the biggest factor contributing to heart disease or cardiovascular diseases. Heart, its vessels, its valves, the heart’s electrical pathway, muscle contraction all get affected by the stress.

1. Trikatu Syrup:
