Honey is a viscous sweet food substance made by honey bees and some other insects . Bees produce honey from the sugary secretion of plants or from secretion of the other insects. by enzymatic activity , regurgitations and water evaporation . Bee store honey in wax structures called honeycombs .
HOW HONEY CAN BE USED IN DAILY ROUTINE ?
1 Improve digestion – Use one or two tablespoon to treat indigestion .
2 Cure Nausea – Mix honey with ginger and lemon juice to help treat nausea.
3 Cure Acne :- Take half teaspoon of honey, warm between hands and spread on face gently, leave on for 10 minutes then rinse with warm water and pat dry. It can be used as an affordable face cleanser to cure acne of all type of skin .
4 Exfoliator –Use of honey on dry winter skin by adding two cups of honey to a bath and soak for 15 minutes, then add one cup of baking soda for the last 15 minutes.
5 Improve diabetes – Honey increases insulin and decreases hyperglycemia therefore it can be used to cure diabetes .
6 Help To Lower cholesterol – It can help reduce cholesterol and therefore decrease your risk for coronary artery disease.
7 Improve circulation – Honey makes your brain function optimally improving blood circulation and strengthening the heart .
8 Antioxidant support – Consumption of Honey increases plaque-fighting antioxidants.
9 Help To Cure Insomnia :- Honey help to restore sleep . Add a tablespoon to warm milk to help increase melatonin and help to sleep.
10 Pre-biotic support – Raw honey naturally have prebiotics property which promote the growth of good bacteria in the intestine.
11 Improve allergies – Raw honey can help reduce seasonal allergies if it is collected from a good source .
12 Lose weight – Replacing white sugar with row honey can help in weight management

COMPLICATIONS :-
In addition to beneficial prebiotics and nutrients, raw honey can also carry harmful bacteria such as Clostridium botulinum. It may cause severe complications to the infants( when used in row form ) :-
