Use of menthol will be beneficial-
Essential oil extracted from mint can be very beneficial. As we already know that it has a cooling effect. A 2012 study found that Pipement oil containing menthol or menthol essential oil was found to be helpful in correcting skin rash of pregnant women.
By diluting menthol oil or peppermint oil into another oil (coconut oil or olive oil), you can apply on the skin rash area. It is very important to note that essential oils are not used directly on the skin. Never make the mistake that you apply them directly to some kind of skin allergy.
Bathing with cold water-
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, one of the best ways to cure skin allergies can be by applying cold cloth, water, ice or anything that can cool it. One simple reason for this is that due to skin allergies, heat radiates from the body. There is another problem due to this heat, if it is immediately brought to cool, then the skin can be of great benefit. In such a situation, bathing with cold water can also prove to be effective, but take care that you do not use any kind of chemical on the skin. Unless it is prescribed by the doctor. Take a bath only with cold water, do not use body wash also.
Use baking soda like this.
First of all, let me tell you that if baking soda does not suit you at all, do not try this tip at all. Baking soda has anti-bacterial properties and can be effective immediately.
For this, you add half a teaspoon of baking soda to a little water. Apply it on the skin allergic area. Leave it for only 1-2 minutes and then remove it. Keep in mind that do not let it stay too long. In this case, skin irritation may increase. If there is a blister, do not use it or else it will cause irritation.
Plants that can work-
Since childhood, you have probably heard that neem and tulsi are good for skin. But along with these, plants like aloe vera, coriander can also be useful. Aloe vera is also used when the skin is cut and burned. Also, make a paste of neem, basil and coriander. Apply this skin to the allergic site. Keep in mind that the leaves must be washed thoroughly. They do not have to boil, you have to make paste directly. This will help to cool the skin rash.
Apple Cedar Vinegar-
You may be shocked to see this thing in this list, but Apple Cedar Vinegar can also be very helpful in removing skin allergies. It can moisturize the skin. Actually, it has antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties. But keep in mind that you should only use organic apple cider vinegar. Take it in cotton and apply it on the allergic place and then wash it. You can apply it twice a day. It can also prove to be good for acne problems.
What is the best way to stop allergies?
The best way to stop allergies can prove that you stay away from something that is bothering you. Skin allergies can still be tolerated once, but if you have food allergy, contact a doctor immediately and do not try any kind of thing without medical advice. Some changes in lifestyle can also be beneficial for us. The oversensitive immune system will not differentiate and react to bacteria and allergens.
