When your thyroid gland is not able to produce enough thyroid hormones than a disease named “Hypothyroidism” is appeared. In this disease, the thyroid is underactive in nature. When this disease is left untreated then it causes pain in joints, obesity, heart disease, & infertility.
The patient with hypothyroidism shows signs & symptoms such as fatigue, puffy face, muscle weakness, puffy face, weight gain, dry skin, constipation, raised blood cholesterol level, increased sensitivity to cold, stiffness, tenderness, muscle ache, pain in joints, stiffness, swelling, thinning of hair, depression, slow heart rate, impaired memory, & enlarged thyroid gland. People use to take allopathic medicine & not get any proper relief from it. So instead of medicines try some simple home remedies that will provide good & effective results.

1. Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha herb balances thyroid hormones naturally & provides natural immunity to your body. It reduces stress & enhances your stamina naturally. The signs & symptoms related to hypothyroidism are managed effectively with the regular use of this herb.
How to use
- Take 500mg of Ashwagandha capsule once or twice daily with a glass of water or milk.
- You can also consume a teaspoonful of Ashwagandha powder once or twice daily.
