- GOUT could be a disease caused by increased levels of acid within the blood.
- It is also called “Vatarakta” in Ayurveda
- It is a kind of arthritis and mainly affects the joints of bones within the body.
- Gout may be a complex type of arthritis that may affect anyone.
- The main explanation for gout is an increased level of acid within the blood. When its amount increases within the body, crystals of acid begin to create and accumulate within the joints of bones within the body, but it mainly affects the biggest joint of the toes (toe).
HOME REMEDIES:
- Drink many water When someone has gout, they’ll experience significant swelling and inflammation. one in all the ways to cut back swelling is by drinking more water Increasing fluid consumption can kick-start a person’s kidneys to release excess fluid, which might reduce swelling in a very person with gout.
- Apply ice on the affected area Applying a cloth-covered ice pack to the joint can help reduce gout-related inflammation. Try applying an ice pack wrapped in a very thin towel for 10–15 minutes at a time to assist relieve pain. If gout affects the feet, an individual also can use a pack of frozen vegetables covered with a washcloth, as this could drape more easily over the feet.
