Endometriosis is a disorder in which tissue resembling tissue forming the uterine lining begins to develop outside the uterine cavity. The lining of the uterus is called the endometrium. Endometriosis occurs when endometrial tissue begins to develop on the lining tissue of ovaries, bowls, and pelvis.
HOME REMEDIES :-
1 DIET :- A woman should take care of her diet when suffering from endometriosis. Foods rich in fiber (fruits, vegetables, legumes), fatty acids (salmon, walnuts) and anti-oxidant-rich foods such as oranges, spinach, berries, green tea are recommended for patients.
2 AVOID SOME FOOD LIKE :- On the other hand, people who suffer from this condition should avoid the intake of foods containing trans fat, gluten-rich foods, red meat, high food diet (fermentable oligooligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols), alcohol and caffeine. needed.
3 HYDROTHERAPY :- Hydrotherapy or heat may be included in methods to treat pain associated with endometriosis. Taking a bath with hot or hot water or keeping a bottle of warm water in the lower abdomen can relieve cramps and pain.
4 RELAXATION THERAPY :- Therapy to reduce stress such as relaxation response, mindfulness meditation, diaphragmatic breathing can be useful to reduce cortisol levels in the body as endometriosis causes hormonal imbalance.
5 PELVIC MASSAGE :- Pelvic massage with castor oil also relieves the pain of endometriosis. Other remedies may be herbal supplements, light exercise and selection of anti-inflammatory foods, use of rest, etc.
6 HEATING PAD :- When the pain get worsen , applying heat to your abdominal area can help by relaxing pelvic muscles and keep the blood flowing and can reduce cramping .
7 CASTER OIL :- Some people swear by castor oil as a natural remedy for intense period pain. This natural vegetable oil is known for its anti -inflammatory and medicinal uses and for being a great moisturizer.
You can apply it externally to your abdominal area and combine it with a heating pad to maximize the benefits. To avoid disrupting your body’s natural pH levels, you should never apply castor oil directly to your vaginal area.
8 OMEGA -3 SUPPLEMENTS :- Omega-3 fatty acids, found mostly in fish like salmon and sardines but also in some plant sources, help strengthen your cells to fight inflammation and pain.

9 GINGER TEA :- It can warm up your body and can smoothen your stomach . Ginger tea can cure nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy and with any type of nausea .
10 TURMERIC :- It contain a compound called curcumin which is useful to limit the growth of endometrial cells .
It also shows properties of anti- inflammatory , therefore it can help in pain management .
11 MULTIVITAMINS :- Multivitamin has the property of antioxidants such as vitamin C and Vitamin E which can reduce the endometriosis pain .
It can also increase the chances of pregnancy .
