HOME REMEDIES FOR DENGUE FEVER

- GILOY JUICE – Giloy is a well-known remedy for dengue fever.
- Giloy juice improves metabolism and builds immunity.
- Strong immunity helps in fighting dengue fever effectively.
- Increasing the platelet count and gives relief.
- Boil two small stems of giloy plant in a glass of water, consume this water when it is lukewarm.
- People can also add few drops of giloy juice to a cup of boiled water and drink twice a day.
- PAPAYA LEAF JUICE – papaya leaf juice is a great source to increase platelet count.
- Papaya leaf juice also improves immunity which treating dengue.
- Take some papaya leaves and crush them to extract juice out of it.
- People can consume a small quantity of papaya leaf juice twice a day for results.
- FRESH GUAVA JUICE – Guava juice is loaded with multiple nutrients, rich in vitamin C which helps in building immunity.
- Add fresh guava juice to diet to treat dengue fever.
- Drink one cup of guava juice twice a day or can eat fresh guava instead of juice.
- FENUGREEK SEEDS – Fenugreek seeds are also rich in multiple nutrients which help in controlling dengue fever.
- Soak some fenugreek seeds in a cup of hot water, wait till water to cool down and drink it twice a day.
- It also provide other health benefits as it is rich in vitamin C, K and fiber.
- Fenugreek seeds water will bring down fever and boost immunity.
- IMMUNITY BOOSTING FOODS – A strong immune system prevent dengue and also help in quick recovery from dengue fever.
- Strong immunity will treat the initial symptoms of dengue.
- People must add immunity-boosting foods to diet like citrus foods, garlic, almonds, turmeric and many more.
- NEEM LEAVES – neem is famous for its bacterial properties but its leaves also improving the blood platelet count.
- Continuous intake of neem leaves enhancing immunity.
- Soak fresh neem leaves in cold water, filter them and drink thrice a day.
- Avoided neem juice drinking during pregnancy and diabetes.
- BASIL LEAVES – basil leaves have antibacterial properties, promote good circulation and help in releasing sweat.
- Boil Basil leaves in water, cool it and drink at least 2 to 3 times in a day.
- Avoid basil leaves juice if people are suffering from low blood pressure.
- DRINK SUFFICENT WATER – Excessive sweating, exertion during dengue fever can lead to dehydration.
- Ensure that people take a lot of fluids and stay well hydrated.
- Drink water at frequent intervals to keep body well hydrated.
- Staying hydrated also reduces the symptoms of headaches and muscle cramps.
- During dengue fever, the body toxins complicate the impact of the viral pathogens water helps in flushing out these excess toxins from the body and ensure fast recovery.
- ORANGE JUICE – Orange are rich in antioxidants and vitamins.
- Orange juice helps to eliminating dengue virus.
- Orange juice promotes antibodies in the immune system, increases urination, releasing toxins from the body.
- Orange juice also repairs body cells as it has Vitamin C which is crucial in creating collagen.
- BEETROOT AND LEMON JUICE – Beetroot is useful home remedy to fight fatigue, pain and symptoms of dengue infection.
- It is highly potent in iron content.
- Boosting blood cell production as well as purifying it.
- Beetroot and lemon juice mixture not hydrates the body but also boosts iron absorption into the body.
