Home Remedies For Cataract is the pallor of the eyes or the effervescence of the eyes. As it cooks, the vision gets blurred. In this disease, a white pearl-like point is produced in the black pupils of the eyes, which reduces the ability of the person to see. In this, everything appears blurred to the eyes. It becomes difficult to see in bright light.

- Take an equal amount of fennel and coriander and add brown sugar to it. Taking 10 grams of this powder twice a day is beneficial.
- Grind 6 almonds and 7 black peppers and mix it with a sieve and sieve. Mixing sugar in it and drinking it is beneficial.
- Grind finely after mixing 1-1 tsp rock salt and honey in 10 grams of Giloy juice. Apply it in the eyes like mascara.
- Make a paste by grinding Triphala in water. Keep it blindfolded and tie it.
- 10 ml Onion juice, 10 ml Honey, 2 grams Bhimseni Kapoor- Mix all three well and keep them in the bottle. Apply it in the eyes while sleeping at night. Do this in the morning also. It provides a lot of benefit in cataract.
- Cataract does not increase by consuming carrot, spinach and gooseberry juice and clears by cutting in two to three months.
- Boil one spoon ground coriander in one cup of water and filter it. When cooled, put it in the eyes. Cataract is cured with this use.
- If the eyes are suffering, drink more cow’s milk. Eat more fenugreek, ladyfinger, spinach, banana, grapes, apples, orange, pomegranate etc. Do not eat sour and hot things. It is also important to avoid strong light and mental stress, because of these the problems can increase further.
Sure cure for cataract
* Grind a very old piece of brick and sieve it. It must be very fine. Then soak it in mud milk. After some time the milk will dry up, then grind 5-6 cloves in 10 grams of shred and mix it. Smell the same powder again and again 5-6 times a day. Upon sniffing it, the cataract web becomes clear. This experiment is still practiced in villages and towns.

Garlic cleans the lens of the eye. Chewing two buds of garlic every day is beneficial in cataracts and other discomforts of the eyes.
Home Remedies to Cataract
Cataract is treated by surgery in the hospital, but you can use some home remedies to reduce its risk. Here we are telling you cataract home remedies, which can help in reducing cataract.
1. Garlic Cataract Treatment
Chew one or two garlic buds. You can also include garlic in your favorite dishes. You can consume raja once or twice. Garlic has antioxidant properties. It may help prevent cataracts by reducing the effects caused by oxidative stress in the eye.
2. Lemon Juice
Mix lemon juice with one teaspoon of water. Then soak a cotton ball in it. Place a cotton ball over the closed eyelids and leave it for about 20 minutes. Now remove the cotton and wash your eyes with plain water. You must do this at least once daily.
Due to the presence of citric acid in lemon, its regular use can help calm eye irritation and other symptoms. It also has antioxidant properties, which can help reduce cataracts.
3. Green tea cure cataract
Mix one teaspoon of green tea in a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Allow this tea to cool slightly before drinking it. Green tea can be drunk twice daily. Green tea contains an element called EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), which can help protect your eye lens from deterioration and reduce cataracts.
4. Honey
Mix honey with water. Pour this solution in your eyes and drain the excess water. You can also consume a teaspoon of honey regularly. You can do this 1 to 2 times daily.
Honey has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. This can help correct eye lens defects. Also it can protect from any kind of damage to the eyes in future.
5. Vitamin
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Vitamin B are rich in antioxidants. They can be effective in protecting the eyes from cataracts. Consuming foods rich in these vitamins can relieve many eye diseases. These foods include citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, milk, cheese, eggs, avocado and almonds . If you want to take supplements of these vitamins, you must first ask your doctor.
6. Carrot Juice
Drink a glass of carrot juice. You can consume this juice daily. Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals and beta-carotene (antioxidants), which can help increase your eye light and fight cell-damage. Therefore, it can be said that carrots can prevent the risk of cataract. At the moment, further research is still needed on this topic.
7. Almonds
Put the almonds in a bowl of water and keep it for overnight. On the second day, take the peel of soaked almonds and eat them. You can consume it daily. Almonds are a good source of vitamin-E, which can be effective in cataracts, along with eye care.
8. Spinach
Drink 1 glass of spinach juice. You can consume it daily. Spinach contains a substance called Luton, which enhances eye health and may also be effective in protecting the eyes from cataracts.
9. Castor oil
Put 1-2 drops of castor oil in the eyes and sleep at night. Do this daily for 1 to 6 months. Castor oil has powerful antioxidant properties (10). It helps to correct oxidative damage to your eyes, the positive effects of which can help reduce the risk of cataract.
10. Apple Vinegar
1 tablespoon apple vinegar. 1 glass of hot water. 1 tbsp honey. Mix one spoon of honey and apple vinegar in a glass of warm water. Drink it when mixed well. You can also use carrot juice instead of water. It can be consumed once daily.
Apple vinegar is rich in antioxidant properties, which is considered extremely beneficial for the health of your eyes. Regular intake of apple vinegar can help repair damaged eye lenses
11. Cataract treatment with essential oil
1-2 drops of turmeric oil. Take one or two drops of turmeric oil and rub it on your palms. Apply it on closed eyes and leave it for a few minutes. After this wash the eyes with plain water. You can do this 1 to 2 times daily.
Turmeric oil has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can be helpful in treating cataracts. This oil helps protect the eyes from oxidative stress. May also help improve eye light and reduce the risk of cataract .
12. Aloe Vera
1 tbsp aloe vera gel. Keep the fresh aloe vera gel in the refrigerator for a while. When it cools down, apply it on closed eyelids. Leave it like this for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with water. Aloe vera has many medicinal properties. Its ethanol and ethyl acetate extract (extract) can be used as eye drops, which can treat inflammation in the eye and the outer part of the eye such as the cornea (Cornea).
13. Coconut Water
Have coconut water. You should consume it at least once daily. Coconut water is believed to be effective for cataracts. The nutrients found in it can provide instant nutrition to your eyes. It can nourish your eye lens as well as help it heal faster. By nourishing the lens, it may be effective in removing nuclear cataracts.
14. Linseed oil
Half teaspoon flaxseed oil. You can use flaxseed oil while making your favorite dish. It can be used as a daily diet. Linseed oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, making it one of the best treatments for cataract treatment. Omega-3 fatty acids are rich in antioxidant and antifungal properties. It may work well against cataract-induced eye disorders, such as macular de-generation. Macular de-generation is an eye problem that occurs with age, in which the ability to see is gradually decreasing.
15. Ginger
½ teaspoon ginger juice
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon water
Cotton ball
Combine lemon and ginger juice.Then add one teaspoon of water to this mixture. Soak two cotton balls in the mixture and keep it on your closed eyes. Leave them like this for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove them. Do this 1 to 2 times daily.
Ginger has antinflammtory and antioxidant properties. These properties can help reduce inflammation in your eyes and relieve cataracts. Also can protect the eyes from oxidative damage.
16. Ginko Biloba
40–120 mg Ginko biloba. Take 40 to 120 mg of Ginkgo biloba. Take it once a day every day. Ginko biloba has antioxidant properties, which may show positive effects in reducing cataracts resulting from radiation.
17. Onion juice
- 10 grams onion juice
- 10 grams ginger juice
- 10 grams of lemon juice
- 50 grams of honey
Mix all these ingredients in a clean bottle and keep them in a cool place. You can also store it in the fridge for a month. Now you can add two drops to this mixture in both your eyes. This home remedy can be used daily.
According to one study, using onion juice regularly can improve the functioning of the eyes.
18. Wheatgrass Juice
1 glass of wheatgrass juice. Drink 1 glass of wheatgrass juice daily. Drink it for a few weeks. Wheatgrass is an effective home remedy for the treatment of cataracts. It is rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Both of these properties can help to remove your vision defect, enhance eyesight and prevent cataracts.
19. Olive oil
Olive oil (as required).You can add olive oil to your favorite dishes and salads.
You can add a drop of olive oil to your eyes. You should do this regularly.
If you want to fight cataracts, olive oil may be the right choice for you. Olive oil contains an ingredient called lutein and xanthine , which helps heal damaged eyes and provides protection to your eyes from cataracts.
- Lutein and Xanthine: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, collard greens, corn, kale, oranges, papaya, spinach and eggs, etc.
- Omega-3 fatty acids: flaxseed, flaxseed oil, salmon, fish and walnuts.
- Vitamins
- Vitamin A: Apricots, carrots, mangoes, red chillies, ricotta cheese (part-skim), spinach and sweet potatoes.
- Vitamin C: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, grapes, kiwis, oranges, cayenne and strawberries.
- Vitamin E: Almonds, broccoli, peanut butter, spinach, sunflower seeds etc.
