Eat less flour, salt and sugar

Overall, give only light and digestible food to the body. Egg albumin contains amino acids, contains small amounts of phosphorus, which helps to keep the kidneys healthy. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, smoking and processed things like sugar, salt, maida (white pasta, biscuits, white bread etc.). The body also has to work hard to digest processed food.
