HEPATITIS A, B, C, D & E – WEEKLY DIET PLAN

Hepatitis is a medical condition in which inflammation of the liver takes place. Its most common cause is viral infection. Excessive alcohol usage, certain types of medications, toxins and some medical conditions are also responsible for hepatitis.
Liver is a vital organ that helps in processing of nutrients, fights foreign organisms and does filtration of blood, etc. When there is inflammation of liver, all of the liver functions get affected.
There are 5 main types of hepatitis – hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. Each hepatitis is caused by a different virus.
Here we mention some of the useful diets for hepatitis which leads to decrease in the frequency and severity of symptoms by balancing the doshas and thus get rid of them by some dietary modifications:
