Ingredients
- 1 bowl of roses
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Saunf 1 teaspoon
Method of making Gulkand
- First of all, put sugar in a bowl and mix sugar in it and mash it with hands. Mash well so that the flower catch becomes soft (crushed).
- Now when the flowers and sugar are thoroughly crushed, then add saunf, honey and cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Now put this mixture in a pan and cook by mixing it with a spoon on medium heat. Shortly, the flower catcher will start releasing water. Mix well and cook so that it does not burn from the bottom.
- Sugar also started leaving her sugar syrup. When there is little dry water, then reduce the heat and cook till the mixture dries. Now turn off the gas when it is completely absorbed.
- Gulkand is ready. After it cools, fill it in barney and eat it for several months.
