Pomegranate healthy recipe:
Pomegranate is the healthy fruit that is rich in vitamin A, C, E, & in folic acid. This fruit shows antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, & anti-tumor properties. It regulates blood platelets, prevent atherosclerosis, prevent arthritis, improves memory, fight against heart disease, & prostate cancer. This fruit contain nutrients such as potassium, folate, protein, & vitamins.
Recipe no 1 (Pomegranate salad):
Ingredients required:
a) Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
b) Honey 1 teaspoon
c) Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
d) Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
e) Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
f) Olive oil 2& 1/2 tablespoon
g) Chopped carrot 1 & 1/2 cups
h) Chopped fresh green coriander leaves 1/2 cup
i) Sliced almonds 3 tablespoon
Method of preparation:
1) Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients.
2) Eat this healthy, yummy, & delicious recipe.
Recipe no 2 (Pomegranate & cucumber salad)
Ingredients required:
a) Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
b) Olive oil 3 tablespoons
c) Chopped cucumber 2 large
d) Lime juice 2 tablespoon
e) Salt 1/2 teaspoon
f) Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
1) Take all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Mix them all & eat this healthy recipe.
Recipe no 3 Pomegranate juice:
Ingredients required:
a) Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
b) Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
c) Finely chopped mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
1) In a blender take pomegranate seeds, add 1/2 cup of water & mint leaves in it.
2) Blend these all, add lemon juice in it. Strain the seeds & drink this juice. You can add sugar if required.
