FIBROMYALGIA – WEEKLY DIET PLAN

Fibromyalgia is a musculoskeletal disorder which is progressive in nature. It is associated with pain in whole of the body, fatigue, sleep problems and memory loss.
Females are more commonly affected than men. It affects both brain and spinal cord. There occurs amplification of the pain sensations.
It is the second most common disease which affects both muscles and bones after arthritis. However, the exact reason of its occurrence is still not known.
There has been found no permanent cure of fibromyalgia but with certain medications, exercise and stress management techniques, its symptoms can be relieved.
Here we mention a weekly diet plan for Fibromyalgia which leads to decrease in the frequency and severity of symptoms by balancing the 3 doshas and thus get rid of them by some dietary modifications:
