Joint pain has become a common problem. Many people complain of joint pain due to working in sitting or in one place and sometimes due to too much work. This can also be due to poor lifestyle, irregular eating habits, lack of calcium and vitamin D etc. is the reason for this pain. In many people increase uric acid level also cause joint pain. Joint pain problem mostly seen in the elder age to get relief from its pain, they use different types of balms which gives some relief in their pain, but it can start again. Repeated use of medicine can also be the reason for many other health problems.
