Diet Chart for Weak Eyesight
Weak eyesight is becoming a common problem not only in adults but in children too. Watching excessive T.V, eating wrong food, sedentary lifestyle, playing computer & mobile games are responsible for it. So for avoiding this eat a diet rich in all nutrients such as (vitamins, minerals, protein, fats, & carbohydrates). Along with diet chart do perform exercises, play outdoor games, yoga, & meditation.
