Diet Chart for Pitta Prakruti
The main symbol of Pitta is Agni or fire. Its main function in our body is to take care of metabolic activities, digestion, and release of energy. The persons whose Prakruti is Pitta are generally fiery and aggressive. The Physical attribute of Pitta Prakruti in an individual is medium weight and size of the body, excellent power of digestion, lustrous complexion, high body temperature, wonderful energy, etc.
Pitta pacifying foods help in balancing the Pitta dosha when it becomes unbalanced or aggravated. In such cases, the foods calm the Pitta by cooling and hydrating the tissues, balancing moisture, and maintaining the optimum temperature. The following are the foods which are best for Pitta Prakruti individuals.
