Diet Chart for Migraine Patients
Migraine refers to a severe headache that usually occurs in one area of the head and may be accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound. The attack of migraine is very painful and is increased by stress, odd and pungent smells, bright lights, high consumption of alcohol, Caffeine, etc.
Some basic concepts of nutrition that will help you to reduce the severity of migraine. Here we described some of the nutritional diets that are very beneficial for the persons who suffer from migraine.
