Diet Chart for Ascites
Ascites is the abnormal accumulation of more than 25 ml of fluid in the peritoneal cavity. Symptoms may include increased abdominal size, increased weight, abdominal discomfort, and shortness of breath. Complications can include spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. It is caused due to retain sodium.
We recommend you a diet chart which may help prevent your body from retaining extra fluid. This diet is a low-sodium, low-fat, and high-fiber diet that focus on eating fresh vegetables and fruits, and legumes.
