Diet Chart for Anemia
Anemia is a health condition that develop due to less level of red blood cells or hemoglobin. The normal hemoglobin level in men is 13.5 to 17.5 gram per deciliter & in women is 12.0 to 15.5 gram per deciliter. But if these level decreases than it causes symptoms like fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, pale skin, dizziness, chest pain, low blood pressure, fainting, rapid heartbeat. So for avoiding all these condition here we introduces a proper diet chart that you should follow:
