Vata
Vata pacifying (shaman) foods:
People whose nature is Vataj should take nutritious and nutritious food that produces tissues to alleviate Vata. Consumption of aliphatic, heavy, soft moisture-rich and oily substances is very beneficial for wind-quenching.
- Consumption of such food helps in the formation of tissue in the body. Often they can be sweet, sour or salty in taste.
- Taking food grains with ghee, soup made of hot and nutritious vegetables, chapatti vat dosha made with whole grains or bran wheat is beneficial for the people.
- Asparagus, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, green beans, radish, okra, kachlu, turnip, onion, garlic.
Vata aggravating ayurvedic diet
Fruits: Bananas, Oranges, Watermelons, Melon, Dates, Coconuts, Peaches, Mangoes and all fruits in general.
Vata enhancers:
- Those who have the predominance of Vata-Dosha should not eat raw salads, baby deserts, maida, sugar etc. Drinking long and green leaf tea is also not beneficial to them. Smoking, drinking alcohol, junk food – Taking all these can prove fatal to the health of a person with a vata nature.
- Cabbage, cabbage, bengan, green leafy vegetables, celery, peas, mushrooms, capsicum, potatoes, tomatoes, luffa, sprouted grains should not be consumed by a person of Vata nature.
- If these types of vegetables are to be eaten, cook them in cold-pressed sesame oil or desi ghee made from cow’s milk.
- Eating rahila (pears), apple and pomegranate also increases vata.
- People of Vata nature can take every kind of spice in small amounts, but when Vata is in extreme rage, use fenugreek, coriander and red chilli carefully.
Pitta
Bile suppressors:
To cool excessive bile, cold, heavy food is consumed.
Milk, rice, beans, light boiled vegetables, fresh seasonal fruits are beneficial for a person of Pitta nature. Mild issues such as cumin, green coriander, peppermint can be used to calm pitta. Working of moderate nature, staying in coolness, melted butter, coconut oil, olive oil, green cardamom, sprouted grains and raw salads is beneficial for bile nature.
Pitta-enhancing food:
- Red chili, ginger, dry ginger, and pungent and oily foods should not be taken by the pitta-dominant people. Consuming substances such as alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea also disturb the balance of bile in the body. Sour foods such as pickles, vinegar, fried spicy foods, fermented foods, almonds, corn, sesame oil, and mustard oil all make bile uncontrolled.
- Beetroots, carrots, bengans, red chillies, onions, spinach, tomatoes increase bile.
- Apart from this, taking rice, millet, and peeled rice is not suitable for Pitta nature.
Kapha
Food that reduces Kapha:
- To reduce the primacy of Kapha, it is good to take small amounts of food with Vata quality. The food items are kashay, bitter and astringent taste like kinoa, amaranth, kasala or green leafy vegetables of bitter taste. Apart from this, eating barley, puffed corn, puffed rice is also beneficial. Light, hot food, dry food that does not have much water, least greasy food which has low amount of butter, oil and sugar – taking similar food is beneficial for nature’s human beings.
- Although all types of vegetables can be taken by Kapha-predominant people, but if you have increased congestion in the lungs due to increased phlegm, or increase in heart congestion, obesity, diabetes, cholesterol then relinquish sweet juicy fruits It is absolutely right to do. It includes cucumber, pumpkin, kachlu, tomato, ghee, luffa. So do not eat them. Apples, apricots, pomegranate, rahila, figs, peaches, raisins, Munnaka are beneficial for aerated people.
- Eating all types of beans except soy beans is beneficial.
- Digestive system is good by consuming ginger. The use of Haridra helps to soak up the increased shellasma while the transmission of mucus from the chilli is carried out.
Foods that increase phlegm:
- Eating milk and milk, wheat, avocado, oil, sweet, sour, reaper-rich food increases phlegm in the body. By consuming sweet, cold, oily, balsamic, sweet, dessert, over-fried food, not only this, if the person’s behavior is stingy and laziness towards things, then this defect is increased.
- Eating beans and soy beans, sweet, juicy fruits, excessive amount of salt is not beneficial.
