CAC Arsh care tablet is a herbal formulation which is hundred safe and natural. It is made up of reetha chhilka which has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and laxative properties. It makes the stool soft and bulky. It prevents constipation and thus reduces pain during defecation. It is laxative in nature and helpful in bleeding piles. There are other herbs present in it such as kuth, bakayan, raal, chitrak, nimboli, etc. All these herbs are beneficial in piles.

WHAT ARE THE PROPERTIES OF DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS OF CAC ARSH CARE TABLETS?
Each herb is loaded with variety of nutrients and each herb works differently. Following are the properties of different herbs of CAC Arsh care tablets:
REETHA CHHILKA
Reetha is used from ancient times as a home remedy for treatment of piles. It is also known as soapnut. It is antifungal, antibacterial and anti-protozoal in nature. It reduces inflammation and swelling and helps in relieving itching.
GHRITKUMARI
Aloe vera is very beneficial in treating piles. It has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. It gives a calming effect to the skin surrounding the anus and reduces pain and swelling in the affected part. It reduces irritation and itching of the skin.
BAKAYAN
Bakayan is also known as mahanimba. It has various medicinal properties. It removes impurities from the blood and detoxifies body. It has antibacterial and antihelminthic properties. It reduces itching and irritation in skin. It is anti-inflammatory in nature and thus reduces pain and swelling in the part around anus.
SONTH
Ginger is very effective for treating piles. It is anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant in nature. It fights free radicals, thereby preventing cell damage. It removes toxins from the body and reduces inflammation caused in piles. It also helps in reducing pain caused by piles.
NIMBOLI
Nimboli is the fruit of neem tree. It is the seed in it from which oil is extacted and applied on the affected part. It is antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory in nature and thus helps in reducing pain and inflammation in the concerned part. It also reduces itching and irritation in and around the anus.
NAGKESAR
Nagkesar is one of the best herbs which is used for treating piles. The paste of the flowers is applied on the affected part. It helps in shrinking of pile lumps and reduces swelling in the affected part. It reduces pain and helps in stoppage of bleeding.

DRUGS FOR TREATING PILES IN ALLOPATHY ALONG WITH THEIR SIDE-EFFECTS
Here are some of the drugs which are given for dealing with piles:
HYDROCORTISONE CREAM
Hydrocortisone cream is also known as hydrocortisone rectal or suppository. It is a steroid which is given in patients of piles for giving relief from swelling, itching and irritation around the anus.
Side-effects:
- Skin rashes
- Boils
LIDOCAINE
Lidocaine is an anaesthesia which is used topically for reducing pain or discomfort caused by piles. When stool is passed through rectum and out through the anus, there occurs lot of pain to the patient. With lidocaine, the passage of stool becomes easy.
Side-effects:
- Mild irritation
- Numbness
- Vomiting
- Headache
- Burning sensation in the concerned part
- Swelling and redness
PHENYLEPHRINE
Phenylephrine rectal is a medicine which is applied rectally. It helps in shrinkage of blood vessels as occurs in piles. It relieves burning sensation, irritation, pain and swelling caused in piles. It can be applied three to four times a day after defecation.
Side-effects:
- Severe irritation inside or outside the rectum
- Rectal bleeding
- Blurred vision
- Headache
- High blood pressure
