Bad breath, medically called halitosis, can result from poor dental health habits and may be a sign of other health problems.
Bad breath can also be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits. You can take steps to prevent and treat halitosis, at home and with the help of your dentist or doctor.
Here we mention a weekly diet plan for bad breath which leads to decrease in the frequency and severity of symptoms by balancing the 3 doshas and thus get rid of them by some dietary modifications:

LIFESTYLE AND DIETERY HABITS
- Walk for 30 minutes
- Water intake should be limited 8 to 10 glasses per day
- Soaked almonds per day
- Cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained
- Tooth brushing daily
- Use mouth washes
