Ayurveda Principle :
Good health is attained by following the Ayurveda principle, which says that every person has a specific constitution or prakruti, that states one’s physiologic and mental behavior and validity of any disease. Body energies known as doshas determine prakruti. Most of the people have one or two predominant doshas. Pitta doshas are interlinked to fire, and it controls the functions of digestive and endocrine systems. When pitta doshas become vitiated it leads to, ulcers, digestive problems, inflammation anger, heartburn, and arthritis.
Vata means air & space and is responsible for body movement, which includes breathing and circulation of blood. People with lively, creative thinkers consider being Vata dominant people. When Vata becomes vitiated, it leads to pain in joints, constipation, anxiety, and dryness of the skin.
Kapha resembles earth and water, it helps to control the growth and strength of the body and is mostly linked to the chest region, torso and back. Kapha people are mostly strong and solid build in nature, and most are calm people. When Kapha gets vitiated it leads to obesity, sinus problems, diabetes, insecure nature and issues related to gallbladder, according to Ayurvedic doctors.
According to Ayurvedic texts, the doshas of the body get disturbed with factors like taking stress, eating unhealthy food, change in climate and weather conditions and unhealthy relationships. These unbalanced doshas turn individuals more prone to disease.
