The Best Diet Chart for Ulcerative Colitis
Ulcerative Colitis, a chronic inflammatory disease of the large intestine and long-lasting inflammation that forms ulcers in your digestive tract. The common symptoms are anemia, fatigue, loss of appetite, inability to empty bowel, pain in the abdomen, joints pain, general weakness, rectal bleeding, etc.
Some steps can be taken to reduce or eliminate these symptoms. Dietary changes, included avoiding certain foods (e.g. dairy products, cabbage, spicy foods, etc.) and increasing fibers, may help to ease the symptoms. Here we mentioned a diet plan for the ulcerative colitis patients

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is condition in which a woman has an imbalance in female sex hormones. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which is common among women at reproductive age group. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormones (androgen) levels. They may present with disturbance in frequency and duration of menstrual cycle associated with increased levels of androgens. Ovaries may be filled with follicles along with non release of ova. PCOS can cause symptoms including excess facial and body hair (hirsutism), acne vulgaris, and mood changes. It can also make it difficult to become pregnant, and may significantly harm a person overall health if left untreated. About 80 percent have irregular menstruation, 70 percent have high level of Testosterone leading to hirsutism and sometimes Alopecia and acne. PCOS cysts are different from normal ovarian cysts. According to Ayurveda PCOS cases clinically are seen of two types, one is Kapha Pradhana and other Pitta Vataja pradhan vyadhi.

Leucorrhea is defined as whitish, yellowish, or greenish viscid discharge from the vagina resulting from inflammation or congestion of the mucous membrane. Such discharge may be originates from the vagina, ovaries, fallopian tubes, or most commonly from the cervix. The color of discharge is variable depending on the menstrual cycle. If the flow looks bloody, makes an unpleasant smell or increases a lot, it can be a symptom of infections.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is also named as pulmonary hypertension. It is a life-threatening condition if left untreated for prolonged time. Pulmonary arterial hypertension is having high blood pressure that affects arteries in the right side of heart or in lungs.
In pulmonary arterial hypertension the pulmonary arterioles (tiny arteries in lungs), & capillaries get destroyed, blocked, & narrowed. This condition raises pressure in lungs & makes harder to make proper flow of blood through lungs. When the pressure is build the right ventricle of the heart is not able to flow blood through lungs. This makes the heart muscle weak and create a heart

Sinusitis is defined as an inflammation or swelling of the tissue which lines the sinuses. Sinuses are filled with air, but when sinuses become blocked and get filled with fluids, germs (bacteria, viruses, and fungi) can grow and cause an infection. An infection can cause a headache or pressure in the eyes, nose, cheek area. A person who has a sinus infection may also have a cough, a fever, bad breath, and nasal congestion with thick nasal secretions.

ITP TREATMENT IN AYURVEDA :
As the name suggests ITP is immune thrombocytopenic purpura in which body’s immune system is not able to recognize the platelet cell surface. ITP is made of three words I stands for immune in which immune system of our body remove the platelets, T stands for thrombocytopenia means (thrombocyte is platelet & penia is low count), & P stands for purpura (bleeding of the skin or a characteristic type of bruising. It is a blood disorder that causes decrease in the number of platelets that are the essential cells present in the body to form a blood clot during excessive bleeding.
