Anemia

It often results that other diseases interfere with the body’s ability to produce healthy red blood cells and they cause a breakdown of the red blood cells. The continuous decrease in the number of circulating red blood cells can result in the condition of Anemia.
The most common symptom of anemia is lack of energy and feeling of fatigue. Other signs and symptoms are chest pain, shortness of breath, paleness in skin, weakness, fever, etc.
Anemia can be managed with little caution and care. Here we described some of the best home remedies which are easily available and can be used. These remedies are free from side effects, boost the energy, and restore your vitality.
1. Beetroot
Beetroot is one of the major sources of iron, calcium, vitamin A, magnesium, and foliate. It is very beneficial in repairing and reactivating the red blood cells in the body which further increases the supply of oxygen in all parts of the body.
How to use: You have to wash, peel and chop the beetroots. Blend them and pour the whole mixture into the glass and squeeze in the juice of half of the lime. Stir it well and drink it in breakfast or an hour before working out.
2. Black Sesame Seeds
Black sesame seeds are a very effective home remedy as they are rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, and prevent from the condition of anemia as it uses daily in the diet. These seeds increase the level of iron and also help in the absorption of iron in the body.
How to use: Soak the seeds in normal water for about 2-3 hours. Strain the water well and make a thick paste of the sesame seeds. Consume that paste with a teaspoon of honey after breakfast every day.
3. Dates and Raisins
The most wonderful and best home remedy to cure the condition of anemia is dates and raisins. As both are good sources of iron and Vitamin C which improve the immune system and also the iron absorption power.
How to use: You have to soak 3-4 dates and 10-12 raisins in a bowl of normal water for about 30 minutes. Strain the water and have this effective remedy in your breakfast daily.
4. Yogurt
Yogurt is the best remedy and is full of probiotics. It was noticed that probiotics improve digestion and gut function. It also increases the level of vitamin B12 and iron thus improves the RBC count and hemoglobin level.
How to use: Blend some amount of yogurt using a blender and scoop it out into another jar. Add some water, salt, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves and a few amounts of cumin powder to taste. Stir it well and drink it after lunch every day.
5. Spinach
Spinach is among the best home remedy for anemia as it is rich in energy promoting nutrients that the body requires to recover from anemia. It is considered to be the best home remedy as it gives quick results in increasing the level of RBCs.
How to use: To make this home remedy, prepare 1 cup of blanched spinach after adding some water. In a pan, heat one tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil and stir fry some onion and garlic cloves (chopped) in the pan until they turn brown. Add a little salt and pureed spinach to the pan to cook within 5 – 10 minutes over low heat. Drink this wonderful remedy once daily for one month.
6. Fenugreek
The high content of iron contained in fenugreek can help a lot in maintaining the iron levels in the blood. It can also aid the production of new red blood cells. Both the seeds and leaves of fenugreek could be used in curing anemia.
How to use:
- Mix 1 cup of rice with 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds and cook it. Add some salt in the mixture and eat every day for at least 2 to 3 weeks.
- You can also use fenugreek leaves in your cooking, especially in soups or salads.
7. Pomegranate
Besides being an excellent source of iron, pomegranate is also rich in other minerals like calcium and magnesium. Also, it contains vitamin C which boosts the ability to absorb dietary iron. Thus, the pomegranate is considered to be one of the best natural remedies to treat anemia.
How to use: Eating ripe pomegranate seeds is the recommended way to prevent anemia, but alternatively, you could also turn it into a glass of juice and drink it at least a few times every week.
You can use any of the above remedies for maintaining your hemoglobin levels. These remedies are good and effective for anemia patients.

This allergy sometimes covers the few parts of the body or the entire body. Your skin can have allergic reactions due to chemical sprays, cigarette smoke, pollen, powders, or fibers. Most of the patients with skin allergies take anti-allergic medicines but that makes the condition worse if used for long-term.
Instead of all these always go for natural and herbal home remedies that are easily available at home. As these home remedies will not create any side-effects on the body. It will give you good & very effective results.

1. Aloe Vera Gel

- Take fresh leaves of Aloe-vera & remove the pulp from it.

- Take fresh turmeric, cut it into slices, after that boil it in one cup of water until remaining half cup. Strain the mixture & drink this once daily.
