Banana Recipe:
Banana is one of the most common fruit used in word wide for its various health benefits. It contains a fair amount of fiber and acts as an antioxidant. Each banana contains 105 calorie in it. The nutrients value in banana contain potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese, copper, protein, fats, & fiber. A unripe banana contain starch but in a ripe banana this starch is converted into sugar (glucose, sucrose, & fructose). Including banana in your diet improves your digestive health, lowers down your blood pressure level, reduces the risk of cancer, and asthma. The presence of potassium in the banana help the muscles to contract & provide nerve cells to respond in better way. So we are discussing in detail few of the most tempting recipes that is beneficial for your health & can be prepared easily at home:
1) Recipe no 1 with unripe banana:
Ingredients required:
1) Two raw bananas
2) Half teaspoon salt
3) 1 tbsp of oil
4) 1 squeezed lemon.
Method of preparation:
1) Slice the two bananas as thin as you can. Mix the salt in it.
2) After that put oil in the microwave safe plate & lay the bananas slices. Make sure that none of the banana slice should touch each other.
3) Microwave it for a minute so that bananas become soft & start to release moisture from it.
4) Flip each slice of banana. After that microwave it on high speed for two minutes. Make a small pause in between each minute to check the slices. Now the banana slices are crispy, let it cool down, & store in a air tight container.
5) You can use these healthy & homemade chips.
2) Recipe no 2 with ripe banana:
Ingredients required:
1) Two ripe bananas
2) A glass of low-fat milk
3) 1 pinch of green cardamom powder
4) 1 teaspoon of honey or 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
5) 5 to 6 chopped almonds & pistachio
Method of preparation: 1) Peel of the bananas and add it in a blender.
2) Add a glass of low-fat mink in it along with the natural sweetener mentioned above. Now put a pinch of green cardamom powder in it.
3) Make a shake of it. Garnish this shake with chopped almonds & pistachios.

APPLE RECIPES
As we have heard many times a apple a day keeps away from the doctor. Apple is good for health and in a diet 2,000 calorie is recommended. The total nutrients value in apple is calories 95, carbohydrates 25 grams, Fiber 4 grams, vitamin C 14 % of the RDI, vitamin K 5% of the RDI, & potassium 6% of the RDI.
As apple is rich in fiber it may be good for weight loss, lower the risk of heart diseases & type 2 diabetes. The pectin in it acts as a prebiotic & feed the good bacteria in the gut. Apple juice is good for your brain as it preserves the acetylcholine that declines with the growing age & linked to Alzheimer’s disease.
Now we will describe some tempting recipes that you can make at home:
1) Freshly prepared Apple Juice:
Ingredients required:
– 4 to5 apples
– 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
– 1/2 inch of fresh ginger piece
– 1 cup of water
– A handful of mint leaves and few tulsi leaves
– 1 pinch of black salt
– 1 pinch of black pepper powder
Method of preparation: 1) Wash all apples under running water.
2) Cut these apples into small pieces.
3) Now put these apples in a juice, add 1/2 cup of water in it. After that put a handful of mint leaves, few tulsi leaves, & 1/2 inch of fresh ginger in the juicer. Blend them all, with the help of strainer collect the juice. In the left juice add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch of black salt, & 1 pinch of black pepper powder. Add this juice in a glass.
4) Drink this refreshing apple juice daily as it is good for your overall health.
2) Apple salad:
Ingredients required:
– 3 to 4 apples
– 3 to 4 teaspoon of lemon juice
– Fresh leaves of coriander
– A Handful of mint leaves
– Soaked Chia seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon of black salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
– a pinch of roasted cumin seeds powder
Method of preparation:
1) Take the apples and clean it in running water.
2) After that peel the skin of these apples.
3) Slice these apples in small pieces in a bowl.
4) Now make a paste of coriander leaves & a handful of mint leaves.
5) Put this paste in the bowl of apple, add soaked chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, & a pinch of roasted cumin seeds powder.
6) Mix them all well. Eat this yummy salad as it provides you good health.
3) Apple yogurt salad:
Ingredients required:
– 2 apples
– A small bowl of fresh yogurt
– 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
– a pinch of black pepper
– Half teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds powder
– Few coriander leaves
Method of preparation:
1) Take the apples and wash them under running water.
2) Peel of the skin of apples.
3) Cut them in small pieces.
4) In a small bowl of fresh yogurt add these sliced apples. Put a teaspoon of Chia seeds, a pinch of black pepper, half teaspoon of powdered cumin. For garnishing add few leaves of coriander.

Different risk factors that are responsible for lower backache such as age, overweight, lack of exercise, depression, anxiety, & smoking.
The signs & symptoms related to backache are shooting pain, muscle ache, stabbing pain, excessive bending, standing, lifting, walking.
People facing lower back pain are taking pain killers for relieving their pain but that is not the actual solution. You can start with the home remedies for backache as these are very effective.
Here are some of the best home remedies that give good & effective result to backache patients:
1. Turmeric

Amla Recipe:
Amla (Indian gooseberry) is a popular fruit that is rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, immuno-modulator properties. It is rich in vitamin C, boost immunity, & improve overall health. The herb Amla contain rich amount of Calcium, Carotene, Carbohydrates, Cholesterol, Phosphorus, Protein, Iron, Sodium, & Vitamin B complex. Regular use of Amla reduces cholesterol, diabetes, flushes out toxins, improves digestion, prevent heart diseases, acts as diuretic, & boosts liver health.
1) Recipe no. 1 (Amla Candies)
Ingredients: a) Amla fruit: 1kg
b) Sugar: 700 gm
Method of preparation:
1) Put all fresh Amla fruits in a strainer & wash them with water.
2) Now put Amla fruits in a utensil & fill enough water in it. Then put it on fire for boiling.
3) Boil this water for two minutes then put off fire. Cover the utensil with lid for five minutes.
4) Don’t put Amla fruits into the utensils before the water starts boiling properly.
5) After that put Amla fruits in a strainer, let them cool down. Slice them into smaller pieces and throw away the kernels.
6) Now put the Amla fruits pieces in another utensil & pour 650 gms of sugar in it. Keep it in utensil for a day & powder the remaining 50 gm left sugar.
7) After two to three days, the pieces will not float and sink to bottom of utensil.
8) Now sieve these pieces from syrup & dry them in sunlight.
9) After drying it coat these Amla fruits with powdered sugar.
10) Store these delicious candies in an air-tight container & eat 6 to 7 pieces every day. These herbal candies are good in taste and beneficial for your overall health.
2) Recipe no 2: (Amla Murabba)
Ingredients: a) Amla fruits 500 gms
b) 2 1/2 cups of sugar
c) 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder
d) few saffron strands
Method of preparation:
1) Wash all the Amla fruits under water thoroughly. Prick them all with fork.
2) Boil plenty of water in a utensil, add Amla fruits in it. Boil for 10 minutes over high flame. Drain the water & keep aside.
3) Now in three cups of water dissolve the sugar & boil it. Add the Amla fruits & cook over slow flame for forty minutes until it becomes softer.
4) Allow this mixture to cool down. Keep this in cool dry place for 48 hours.
5) On third day drain the Amla fruit from the syrup. Boil this syrup with Cardamom powder & saffron. Add Amla fruit in it and simmer for 4 minutes. Allow it to cool down completely.
6) Store it in a air tight container & consume it daily

Ascites is a situation where fluid is build up in the peritoneal cavity or abdomen. This fluid move around the chest cavity that move around the lungs & causes difficulty in breathing. It makes pressure on the diaphragm that presses the lungs. In most of the cases liver cirrhosis is mainly responsible for ascites. But in some cases cancers also affect organs like stomach, pancreas, breast, & colon that further lead to ascites. The symptoms that are seen in ascites patients are abdomen enlargement, swelling in the legs, bloating, indigestion, weight gain, nausea, vomiting, & breathing difficulty while lying down. For the treatment of ascites people use to take diuretics but its long term use is not good. Instead of these medicines always go with natural & effective home remedies easily available at home.
1) Garlic
The garlic is a natural herb that have many medicinal properties. Regular use of this herb reduces tenderness & bloating related with ascites patients. It also possess anti-cancer properties that reduces the unwanted growth of cells.
How to use:
- Take three to four cloves of garlic & prepare a juice of it.
- On an empty stomach take half teaspoonful of this juice.

Anal Fistula is a worst condition that creates tunnel running from inside the anus. It forms an infection that not heal the right way. When it happens it create a small pocket of liquid and swollen infected tissues. The most common symptoms that are seen in anal fistula patients are pain, swelling around the anus, & redness. Patients having anal fistula faces problem like fever, bleeding, painful urination, foul smell liquid that oozes through holes, & painful bowel movements.
In developing anal fistula diet also plays an important role. Because your diet & lifestyle is the reason for creating anal fistulas.
