Every women & men want clear skin that should be acne-free. The glowing skin represents the health of an individual. Acne is the most common skin condition that takes place when your hair follicles get plugged with dead skin cells & oil. This acne can affect people of all ages at any time. The signs and symptoms of acne depend on the severity of your conditions such as whiteheads, blackheads, tender bumps, small red bumps, pimples, nodules formation that are large, painful, & solid lumps, cystic lesions that are pus-filled lumps & creates a painful situation.
The main factors that are responsible for acne are bacteria, excessive production of oil, and presence of hair follicles that are clogged by dead skin cells or oil, & when there is an excessive activity of androgen hormone. Most of the patients move to the dermatologist for treatment of the acne but they don’t get any fruitful results. Instead of wasting time you can perform some simple home remedies for getting rid of acne & its symptoms.
Here are some of the home remedies that will give you good & effective results for dealing with acne:
1) Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is the best herb for acne as it shows anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, & anti-bacterial properties. This herb is considered as an excellent moisturizer that prevents the skin from acne & unwanted scars. It provides good & long-lasting results.
How to use:
- Take the fresh pulp of Aloe vera & collect it in a bowl.

Constipation a serious problem if not managed at right time as it can cause various complications. It is a problem with digestive system of an individual when a person passes hard stools that create difficulty in expelling out. This occur only because when your colon absorb too much water from the colon.
The signs & symptoms related to constipation are difficulty while passing stools, abdominal pain, cramps, passing hard stools, bloating, loss of appetite, & headache. There are different causes of constipation such as poor diet, less intake of fluid, excessive consumption of caffeine & alcohol. People use to take laxative and make their habits for removing constipation. The long term use of laxatives makes your constipation chronic. Instead of laxatives always try natural home remedies that will help you to reduce constipation.
1) Aloe Vera
Aloe vera acts as a natural laxative containing anthraquinone glycosides. The aloe vera soften the stools & maintain the bowel movements. Frequent use of aloe vera helps to treat chronic constipation.

There are different types of inflammatory bowel disease one among them is ulcerative colitis. It is a disease that disturbs the bowel movement of an individual. This disease increases the risk of chronic illness, intense bleeding, damaged colon, & cancer. Generally, the colitis is differentiated into two types: Specific & Idiopathic. The idiopathic type is known as ulcerative colitis that is the most common.
Ulcerative colitis is a severe condition that causes prolonged inflammation of the colon or ulcers that are developed in the walls of the colon. The patients with ulcerative colitis have signs & symptoms such as loose stools, abdominal pain, cramps, rectal bleeding, bloating, acidity, weight loss, etc. Many risk factors increases the flare of ulcerative colitis like wrong eating habits, sedentary life-style, family history, excessive smoking, & bacteria’s in the colon. Mostly for stopping loose stools ulcerative colitis patients had given steroids but it’s long term use causes side-effects on the body. Different home remedies that give good results in ulcerative colitis patients.
1) Arjuna

1. Olive Oil
Olive oil is considered as one of the most effective natural oils that help in lightening wrinkles and fine lines. How to use β To make a home remedy, cut off a leaf from the aloe vera plant and scrape out the gel, apply on clean face, massage for 5 to 10 minutes in a soft circular motion. Let it stay for 20-25 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
3. Almonds
Almonds acts as a multipurpose skin treatment that makes it an active ingredient in beauty and skincare. The almonds are loaded with nutrients such as vitamin E, iron, zinc, folic acid, and oleic acid that function as powerful antioxidants. It prevents the degeneration of collagen fibers of the skin, cure the wrinkles and fine lines.
How to use – Soak 8 to 10 almonds in normal milk overnight, at early morning grind the nuts and make a thick paste, apply on clean face and gently massage in a circular motion for 5-7 minutes. Leave this paste for 30 minutes and wash off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
4. Rose Water
Rose water is the best and very effective remedy for any type of skin problem. It contains a lot of regenerating agents that make the skin glow and also improves blood circulation. This remedy also reduces the pigmentation, wrinkles, and blemishes under the eyes.
How to use β Take a few drops of rose water and mix a half teaspoon of lemon juice and 2-3 drops of glycerin in it. Soak a cotton ball into the mixer and apply it on the face at bedtime. In the morning, wash your face with normal water.
5. Coconut Milk
Coconut is a cool remedy for removing age spots. It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidants stuff. This milk also keeps the skin soft and moisturized.
How to use – Extract out the milk of a coconut. Soak a cotton ball into it and apply this wonderful remedy on the skin. Let it stay for 15-20 minutes and then cleanse your face off with warm water.
6. Saffron
Saffron has many amazing properties that cure almost all the conditions of the skin. It contains many vitamins and antioxidants which are beneficial to the skin as it reduces the acne, pigmentation, blemishes, wrinkles etc. And also enhance the complexion and luster of the skin.
How to use – Add saffron to the warm milk and leave it for one hour. Then apply it on your face and neck. Leave it to dry for 20-30 minutes and wash it from tap water. For wonderful results apply this home remedy 3 times weekly.
