There are mainly three seasons: winter, summer, rainy season! According to Ayurveda, six seasons are considered: Spring, Summer, Rain, Shard, Hemant and Shishir! Maharishi Sushruta has divided the 12 months of the year into these seasons!
There are two parts of the year in which the sun moves towards north in the first part and in the second part, the sun moves towards the south in Visarga. There are winter, spring and summer seasons in the input period and rain and Hemant seasons in the Visarga period! At the time of exchange, the Sun remains strong and the Moon weak.
The peak season is strong, spring is medium and summer is beautiful. During the Visarga period, the Moon is strong and the Sun is weak. Lunar is nutritious! The rainy season is of great strength, the autumn season is of medium strength and the spring season is of great strength!
Spring season
Winter and summer season is spring season! At this time there is neither too much winter nor too much heat! In this season, the air filled with the aroma of attractive mango blossoms runs everywhere. Spring season is also called Rituraj! On the auspicious festival of Vasant Panchami, nature starts to dress by wearing mustard yellow flowers. In Vasant Ritu, blood circulation becomes intense due to which the body is energized
Vasant Ritu has neither the heat of the summer, nor the flood of rain, nor the cold wind of the winter, snow and fog! For these reasons Vasant Ritu has been called ‘Rituraja’!
According to Charaka Samhita, Kapha, which is collected in Hematam Ritu, is induced by the sun’s rays in Vasant Ritu (fluidized) due to which the spring is in the morning, cold, cold, swelling in tonsils, sore throat, lethargy and heaviness in the body etc. There is a possibility of complaint! Gastronomy becomes dull, so be careful about diet and vihara in this season!
Diet in the spring
In this season, gradually reducing the amount of nutritious and nutritious substances that cause malnutrition, you should stop taking heat and start taking a simple digestible diet! According to Charak, consumption of heavy, greasy, sour and sweet substances and sleeping during the day is prohibited in this season! In the morning, while roaming for air service, chew 15-20 new neem leaves – chew and eat! This experiment produces resistance to protect you from diseases like skin diseases, blood disorders and fever all through the year!
If in Vasant Ritu, due care is given to proper observance of diet and diet and health care is not given then it is safe in the present times! Also, there is facility to protect health in summer and rainy season! If food is of importance in terms of health every season, then Vihara is equally important!
In this Ritu, applying boiling, oil mashing, smoking in the sun, bathing with light hot water, yoga and light exercise should be done! Waking up late in the night and sleeping till late in the morning dries the stool, the eyes and face of the face are weak! So waking up late in this night, sleeping till late in the morning is harmful for health! Lick this powder mixed with a little honey in this season, which consumes the powder of myrobalan regularly.
Summer
In the summer, the wind moves like a strong flame in the form of heat, which is very painful and harmful to health! Therefore, in these days, stay healthy by following dietary diet.
Diet: Due to the strong heat of the sun, benign Ans (aqueous Ans) work from the air and the Earth! Therefore, to protect the benign Ans, sweet, liquid, light, digestible, water, fresh, soft and alkaline substances are consumed. Such as: cold, homemade sattu, drink water and sugar in fresh (raw) milk! Shikanji, Kheer, Milk, Carry, Moussmi, Pomegranate, Grapes, Ghee, Fresh Chapati, Chilkwali Mung Dal, Gourd, Gilki, Gram Bhaji, Chaulai, Parwal, Keleki Vegetable, Green Cucumber, Green Coriander Mint sweet, gulakand, petha, etc. made by roasting peppermint, raw mango, should be eaten!
In this season, in the morning, you should try to use water – in which you have to drink one and a quarter liters of water on an empty stomach in the morning! This leads to blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, TB. Such terrible diseases are also destroyed. If you do not use it, start and take advantage! You should leave by drinking a glass of water while exiting the house. There will be no possibility of heat stroke One should not drink water immediately after coming out of the heat filled environment! Water should be drunk only after 10-15 minutes! In this night, you should wake up early in the morning by sleeping early in the night! If you have to stay awake at night, keep drinking cold water for an hour, so that there is no outbreak of bile and phlegm.
Pathya Vihar: Wake up before sunrise in the morning! Walk around the cold reservoir! Sleep where the cold wind comes! As far as possible, avoid direct sunlight! The head and eyes should be protected from the rays of the sun! Jasmine, almond-thickener, coconut, gourd oil should be applied on the head.
Inefficient food: Spicy, sour, astringent and bitter juices should not be eaten in this season. Do not eat salty, spicy and spicy foods, stale curd, mango powder, pickles, vinegar, tamarind etc. Drinking alcohol is not only harmful but it is especially harmful in this season. Drinking refrigerator water causes weakness in teeth and gums, throat disorders, swelling in tonsils, colds and juices.
Health Care in Autumn
From the point of view of the whole of India, from September 13 to November 14, autumn can be considered!
Autumn comes after the rainy season! Naturally accumulated pitta in the rainy season – the outbreak of dosha increases in the autumn! Due to this, the digestive nature of bile is removed and it becomes ingenious. This results in fever, dysentery, vomiting, diarrhea, malaria etc. In all the seasons in Ayurveda, autumn is called ‘Mother of diseases’!
In this season, Pitta-dosha and salt juice grow naturally! The heat of the sun also seems particularly strong! Therefore, Pitta – Dosha, salt juice and heat should be used to mitigate these three. Such sweet (sweet), Tikta (bitter) and Kashay (Tura) juice should be used specially Increase of Pitta dosha, such sour, sour and pungent items should be discarded! For the relief of the outbreak of Pitta, take special items of sweet, cold, heavy, bitter and (astringent).
Vegetables are plenty in this season, but they are defective due to the new water in the rainy season! They contain a lot of salt (saline) juice! So, as far as possible, take less vegetables in the autumn and consider them in the month of Bhad (Bhadrapada).
Ghee – Milk is the antidote to Pitta-dosha, so our ancestors must have organized Shraddha Paksha in the Bhads!
Wheat, barley, jowar, paddy, sama (a type of grain) should be taken in grains during this season! Take gram, tur, mung, mutt, lentils, peas in pulses! Vegetables can include cabbage, kakoda, (khekhasa), parwal, gilki, guarfali, carrot, maize corn, turai, chaulai, gourd, spinach, pumpkin, spring beans, suran (jamikand), potatoes, etc. In fruits, figs, ripe bananas, jamfal (Bihi), berries, watermelon, pomegranate, grapes, coconut, ripe papaya, moussmi, lemon, sugarcane etc. can be taken! Walnuts, potato bukhara, cashew nuts, dates, charoli, almonds, water chestnuts, pistachios etc. can be taken in dry fruits! Cumin, amla, coriander, turmeric, poppy seeds, cinnamon, black pepper, fennel etc. can be taken in spices! Apart from this, coconut oil, castor oil, ghee, milk, butter, sugar candy, rice etc. are good to take.
Eating kheer, rabri etc. in the autumn is beneficial for health. Eating ghee and cardamom in ripe banana is beneficial! Sugarcane juice and coconut water are very beneficial! A drink made with dry grapes, fennel and coriander quenches the heat!
Waste items
In the autumn, dew, alkali, curd, sour buttermilk, oil, fat, hot-hot items, salt-sour ras are notable! Gravel, Maize, Urad, Kulthi, Chaula, Foot, Onion, Garlic Methi Bhaji, Nonia Ki Bhaji, Yam, Brinjal, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Mint, Phalsa, Pineapple, Raw Bell fruit, Raw Carry, Sesame, Peanut, Mustard, etc. It is worth noting! Especially do not take sour buttermilk, ladyfinger and cucumber! Use of ghee in place of oil is best in this season! Those who have bile disorder should use bitter and turkey things like Mahasudarshan churan, neem, neem starch, especially!
To avoid seasonal disorders, neglecting to spend money on other medicines, it is beneficial to make Amla with 10 grams, coriander 10 grams, fennel 10 grams, sugar candy 33 grams and take it with foil half an hour after eating! By taking laxatives in this season, the bile-defect is removed from the body and thus protects from biliary disorders! Harad is the best medicine for laxatives!
In this season, applying camphor and sandalwood on the body, sitting in the moonlight in the open, wandering, Champa, jasmine, mogra, rose etc. is beneficial to eat flowers. The sleep of the day, the intake of sunny snow, the extreme obstruction, the tired dale and the wind coming from the east direction are harmful in this season
Season of Hemant and Shishir
Their properties can be taken advantage of due to the coming together of both the winter season and the time of the immersion period, because the nutritional power of the Visargaal period supports us in the hemat season At the same time the exchange starts in the peak season, but the rays of the sun are not so intense that we can exploit us by drying the ras, but the beginning of the interchange makes the sun’s light and primal rays beautiful!
Man gets natural strength naturally during winters! Due to the cold of the body of naturally formed humans due to cold, the pores of the body get protected in the stomach, and due to this, it becomes more powerful! This strong gastrointestinal cold causes more flare from the air produced! If this fiery fire suffers less dietary fuel then it burns the metals of the body! Therefore, one should drink pure, sour and sweet foods including season! To make the body strong in this season, nutritious, powerful and beneficial dishes should be consumed!
In this season, delicious and nutritious dishes made from wheat, oil, wheat, urad, guana milk, dry ginger, peppers, gooseberry, etc. should be eaten! If the diet is not taken according to the Jatharangni in this season, there is a possibility of outbreak of air diseases. Those who are not financially economical, should eat soaked desi gram in the morning as a snack and chew it! Those who do more physical work, it is highly beneficial to eat banana, gooseberry jam, til, jaggery, coconut, dates etc.
One thing is like keeping in mind that nights are long and cold in this season! Therefore, only in this ritual, Ayurveda texts have been asked to have breakfast in the morning, not in other seasons!
Use of various allopathy medicines for those whose body has become weak can also be used for various medicines – such as Abhyamal’s chemistry, Vardhman Pippali, Bhallatak Rasayana, Shilajit Rasayana, Triphala Rasayana, Chitra Rasayan, Garlic .

No matter how cold it is, one should get up early in the morning and take a bath! The excessive heat generated in our body by sleeping at night goes out by taking a bath, which gives the body an euphoria!
Sleeping till late in the morning causes the loss of increased body heat, which affects the head, eyes, stomach, gall bladder, rectum, etc. organs, causing different types of diseases. In this way, by taking a bath early in the morning, these ingredients can be kept healthy by protecting them from diseases.

Home troubles, work troubles, children’s tension, when all these minor problems become our biggest concern, it is not known. Working till late night, sleeping late, tension of exams, all these things affect us mentally as well as physically. Hair loss, dandruff, pimple are the reasons for all this. Trouble is in everyone’s life, but even in these problems, standing up and fighting firmly is the hallmark of a sensible person. Engage yourself in the work of your choice. Human beings only increase their problems due to worrying, we cannot fix even 1% of our problems due to worrying. Diet Chart for Diarrhoea
A Person is considered to have diarrhoea if a person has loose bowel movement three or more times a day. Diarrhoea is a condition in which loose, watery stools (bowel movement) appear. Acute watery diarrhoea is a condition that lasts a short time. It is a common problem that usually lasts about one or two days. In a condition of the weakened immune system, chronic watery diarrhoea may represent a life-threatening illness. Diarrhoea is an important cause of under nutrition. This is because patients eat less during diarrhoea and their ability to absorb nutrients is reduced.
We recommend a low fibre and low fat diet which helps to restore the nutrients that have been lost due to diarrhoea. Avoid high fibre diet, spicy foods, milk, artificial sweeteners, and fried foods.
