tissues of these parts of the body rot and gets gangrene
Gangrene is a terrible and fatal disease. Which mainly develops due to this, when the circulation of blood is not done properly in our body. Or the tissue of a particular place in our body starts rotting or drying up due to low blood flow and pressure…
Gangrene is a particular type of disease in which tissues in certain parts of the body begin to be destroyed. Because of this a wound is formed there, which spreads continuously. If this problem is not treated in time, the situation can be very frightening. You may be surprised to know that most patients with diabetes are advised to take full care of their diet, because in most cases, the main cause of gangrene is due to the disease of sugar…
There are three types of gangrene
Dry gangrene
Dry gangrene develops in the outer part of the body. This is due to insufficient access to blood in the organ. Dry gangrene usually develops on the feet and their fingers of the elderly, which is caused by arteriosclerosis disease. It grows slowly and stops on the tissues that are getting sufficient amount of blood. The skin affected by dry gangrene shrinks after drying and becomes dark red-black in color.
Wet gangrene
It occurs in moist tissues, such as the mouth, lungs, intestines, cervix (cervix) and valves. Bed sources on the hips and ankles etc. are also a type of wet gangrene. Vet gangrene is generally considered a condition related to certain bacteria. The disease is more difficult to diagnose due to septicemia than weight gangrene. Blood stops in the affected area due to dry gangrene, which causes bacteria to grow rapidly.
Gas gangrene
It is a type of bacterial infection that produces gas in tissues. It is the most serious type of gangrene. The infection spreads very quickly, as bacteria generated by bacteria begin to penetrate the surrounding healthy tissue. Due to the rapid spread of tissue surrounding it, the condition is taken seriously and is considered as a medical emergency.
Symptoms of gangrene
The color of the affected part of the body deteriorates and eventually darkens and dries completely. Weight-bearing gangrene causes swelling in the affected tissues and the skin begins to smell. Dry gangrene causes the skin to dry completely and the complexion becomes dark red or black. Gas gangrene produces a very bad smell and brownish pus develops.
Skin brightening and scabbing
A clear distinction between the skin affected by gangrene and healthy skin.
Pain in the affected area and after some time, the limb cannot feel nor move.
The skin of the affected part becomes cold and the arteries stop vibrating
Causes and Risk Factors of Gangrene
Why does Gangrene happen?
Blood plays a very important role in keeping your body healthy. It does not provide nutrients and oxygen for the whole body, but transmits infection-fighting antibodies to the entire body. When blood does not enter any part of the body, the cells are destroyed and infection occurs, resulting in tissue being destroyed by gangrene. Any problems that affect blood flow can increase the risk of gangrene.
When does the risk of gangrene increase?
There are certain physical conditions and other factors that increase the risk of getting gangrene. There are certain circumstances that increase your risk of gangrene. Contains:
- Diabetes
- Arteriosclerosis
- Blood clotting
- Hernia
- Smoking
- Severe burn
- Bitten by an animal
- Head injury
- Peripheral arterial disease
- Alcohol addiction
- Deficiency of the immune system by treating any disease or cancer
- HIV / AIDS
- Ryanoud’s syndrome
The following are some suggestions that may reduce the risk of developing gangrene:
- Weight loss
- Obesity not only increases the risk of diabetes, but also increases the risk of arterial pressure, decreased blood flow, infection and wound healing.
- no smoking
- Prolonged use of tobacco products causes blood vessels to be damaged
- Take care of diabetes

What is Goiter?
This causes the thyroid gland to grow abnormally. This creates a lump in the throat. This disease occurs more in women than men. The goiter is producing hormones in a gland (hypothyroidism) or producing the appropriate amount of hormones (euthyroidism).
Thyroid is a common problem of the present day, which is seen in most people.
These figures are enough to describe the dreaded condition of thyroid.
In the human body, the thyroid gland is butterfly-shaped, a position on the front part of the throat, which produces, stores and removes hormones in the blood so that those hormones can reach the body’s cells.
But when this thyroid gland is unable to do its work properly, then that condition is called thyroid disease.
Despite this it is unfortunate that most people are not fully aware of this. This is why they easily fall prey to it.
So, let us try to get information about this throat problem through this article, so that people can be alert to it and treat it properly.
What is the type of goiter?
There are mainly 4 types of thyroid, which are as follows-

Hypothyroidism thyroid is mainly seen in young children, which is possible through medication.
- Hyperthyroidism thyroid– This is the other thyroid, which is caused by the formation of extra tissue in the thyroid gland.
Hyperthyroidism is an excess of hormones in the thyroid.
- Goiter thyroid– This is commonly known as goitre disease, which is mainly due to iodine deficiency in the body.
Iodine medicine is given by the doctor to the person suffering from goiter, due to which the amount of iodine is normalized.
- Thyroid cancer – This is the most severe and final type of thyroid, which is only possible through surgery. Thyroid cancer is the condition when the thyroid gland becomes a lump.
What are the symptoms of goiter?
Some people may not remember when they had thyroid, but if they had noticed its symptoms, they might have been able to start treatment in time.
Therefore, if a person sees these symptoms, then it should be alert because it can be a sign of throat problem-

This can be mainly a symptom of goitre disease and the situation requires medical help.

A change in heart rate can be a sign of a thyroid.

It has been seen that people suffering from this sometimes become happy or sometimes sad.
- Hair loss– This is mainly because of the thyroid, the hair of women starts falling fast.
However, they can be treated by hair transplants.
What are the causes of goiter?
Have you ever thought about what causes this throat disease? No, that’s probably why people are not able to protect themselves from it.
There are many such elements in our routine, which can cause thyroid, some of them are as follows-
Lack of iodine in the body– The problem of thyroid is mainly due to iodine deficiency in the body.
Therefore, all people should take such salt in their food, which is full of iodine.
Giving birth – Many times it has been seen that thyroid also occurs in women who have recently given birth.
However, this problem resolves on its own after some time, but if the thyroid is formed for a long time, then in that case the woman should be treated properly.
Taking excessive stress – Thyroid is more likely to occur in people who take excessive stress.
This is why all people should try to manage stress.
High blood pressure– If a person has high blood pressure or high blood pressure, then he is more likely to have thyroid.
Such a person should get his blood pressure treated properly so that he does not have any other health problems.
Diabetes – Often, thyroid is also caused by diabetes.
Therefore, a person suffering from this should try to control his diabetes.
Ayurvedic view in goiter
This disease is chategrised by the enlargement of the thyroid gland resulting in a swelling in the front part of the neck. Depending upon the nature of morbidity it is divided into several types .In ayurveda this is called gladanda.
IT is usually manifested because of lack of iodine in food and drink. According to ayurveda this is caused by the aggravation of Kapha and diminution of pitta.
The swelling of the gland in the neck becomes visible and the gland at times becomes exceedingly large, thereby causing difficulty in respiration and swallowing of foods and drinks.

Semecarpus anacardium was called the “marking nut” by Europeans because it was used by washermen to mark cloth and clothing before washing, as it imparted a water insoluble mark to the cloth.[citation needed]
It is a deciduous tree. Like the closely related cashew, the fruit is composed of two parts, a reddish-orange acessorsory fruit and a black drupe that grows at the end. The nut is about 25 millimetres long, ovoid and smooth lustrous black. The accessory fruit is edible and sweet when ripe, but the black fruit is toxic and produces a severe allergic reaction if it is consumed or its resin comes in contact with the skin. What is dementia? Is it possible that a loved one is suffering from dementia, and you don’t know? What should you know about dementia to be vigilant? Or maybe someone in your family has dementia, and you don’t understand how to take care of it, because that person doesn’t understand you and is behaving strangely.
Dementia
Dementia is not the name of a particular disease, but the name of a large group of symptoms (syndrome). Some people call dementia “forgetting disease”, but dementia is not just another name for forgetting, it also has many other symptoms – difficulty remembering new things, unable to understand logic, hesitating to interact with people, Unable to do normal work, difficult to handle my emotions, personality changes, etc.
All these symptoms are caused by brain damage, and cause problems in every aspect of life. Also note that it is not necessary that a person with dementia has poor memory — some types of dementia may initially cause a change in character, difficulty in gait and balance, difficulty speaking, or other symptoms, but memory can be right.
Symptoms
The symptoms of dementia can be caused by many diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, vascular dementia (vascular dementia / vascular dementia), frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s, etc.
Some examples of symptoms:
Forgetting a recent incident
Missing the right words while talking
Not being able to understand the bank statement
Getting nervous while buying items in a crowd or in a shop
Not being able to understand the new mobile buttons
Important decisions Not being able to take
Not recognizing people and ordinary things, etc.
The behavior of patients often changes considerably. Many people with dementia tend to be more suspicious, and accuse those around them of stealing, killing, or starving. Some people start getting more excited, some other people stop meeting people and sit quietly all day. Some people also commit obscene acts.
Which symptoms will be seen in a person, it depends on which part of their brain is damaged. Some have some symptoms, some others. For example, forgetting is not as prominent in some patients as a change of character.
Most people in India consider all these symptoms as a natural part of aging, or think that it is due to stress or the person’s character has deteriorated, but this thinking is wrong. These symptoms can also be caused by dementia or any other disease, so it is advisable to consult a doctor. Sadly, stigma is also associated with many of these symptoms due to low knowledge of dementia in India. Therefore, people with dementia hide their problems thinking that they will be considered crazy or people will laugh whether they want to go to the doctor with a small talk! The family dismisses these symptoms as the result of old age. They do not think that getting advice can improve the situation. They do not even know that the person needs help. The changed behavior of the person is considered by the family members to be a hustle or character defect or insanity, and sometimes sad and disappointed, sometimes angry at the person.
Causes
Dementia is caused by damage to or loss of nerve cells and their connections in the brain. Depending on the area of the brain that’s affected by the damage, dementia can affect people differently and cause different symptoms.
Dementias are often grouped by what they have in common, such as the protein or proteins deposited in the brain or the part of the brain that’s affected. Some diseases look like dementias, such as those caused by a reaction to medications or vitamin deficiencies, and they might improve with treatment.
