Endometriosis is a disorder in which tissue resembling tissue forming the uterine lining begins to develop outside the uterine cavity. The lining of the uterus is called the endometrium. Endometriosis occurs when endometrial tissue begins to develop on the lining tissue of ovaries, bowls, and pelvis.
HOME REMEDIES :-
1 DIET :- A woman should take care of her diet when suffering from endometriosis. Foods rich in fiber (fruits, vegetables, legumes), fatty acids (salmon, walnuts) and anti-oxidant-rich foods such as oranges, spinach, berries, green tea are recommended for patients.
2 AVOID SOME FOOD LIKE :- On the other hand, people who suffer from this condition should avoid the intake of foods containing trans fat, gluten-rich foods, red meat, high food diet (fermentable oligooligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols), alcohol and caffeine. needed.

Fibromyalgia is very common in women, a disease that is combined with long-term experience and is chronic in nature. This gives rise to tremendous pain throughout the body, especially those parts that are eaten into muscles and bones. The person experiences general fatigue throughout the day. Fibromyalgia results in serious harm to patients in both physical and mental form. Even a person suffering from fibromyalgia is socially affected. The disease does not have such age dependence; it can also occur in any child. However, the disease is often misdiagnosed due to its variation in symptoms. Fibromyalgia may reflect the symptoms of arthritis, while a persistent pain in the ligaments, tendons, and muscles (ligaments, tendons and muscles) for about three months may cause the doctor to suspect you of the disease.
Some common symptoms that verify the existence of fibromyalgia are extreme fatigue, trouble sleeping, headaches, depression, concentration issues (extreme fatigue, sleeping trouble, headaches, depression, and concentration issues) that result in focusing on something. Mrs Balwinder Kaur a patient 30 years old from Chandigarh suffering with Psoriasis came to visit our clinic (CHANDIGARH AYURVEDIC CENTRE). She then tell her history that the problem started 10 years back . She suddenly feel itching with rashes commonly around the joints . She then started using some coconut oil to get rid of it but with no effect . The itching become severe that it started disturbing the sleep of patient .
They then rush to the nearby hospital in dermatologist department and tell her history . After examination of the patient the doctor tell her the diagnosis of disease and prescribe her the medication . After taking medication for one week which include some local application cream and steroids . She got some relief and again visit the doctor after completion of the medication . Then the doctor decrease the dose of steroids and also change some of her medication . After the change of the medication she again get the itching and rashes in worsen form . But with the long term steroids use she develop many side effects like swelling over the joints and pain . She then become so worried and stop all her medication . A Patient Jagdeep Kaur 50 years old from Chandigarh came to visit our clinic (CHANDIGARH AYURVED CENTRE) . She is suffering from knee pain with issue of indigestion .
She tell during her history that the problem started one year back when she suddenly feel swelling over the knee joint . She then started having severe pain in her knees during movement , but doesn’t pay much attention and take some painkiller . She rush to the hospital when the pain over the joint aggravates . She get the consultation done and after examination of the patient the doctor advise her of some test (Knee X-Ray , CBC,CRP-QUANTITATIVE). After the result of reports came out the doctor prescribe her some medication . After taking medication for one week she feel some relief and again visit the doctor . Then the doctor change some of her medication and plan to repeat the X-Ray in follow up . After taking medication she regain her pain and swelling and visit the doctor . In this therapy, the knee joint is bathed with warm medicated oil or freshly prepared herbal decoction. Depending on the severity of pain it can be practiced over both the knee joints or on one knee joint.
Procedure – Firstly, a person is made to lie on his back on the Droni. A ring is made up of black gram around the knee joint, the dough should be prepared in such a way that it covers the whole knee joint. After ensuring the ring is leak-proof, the lukewarm medicated oil or herbal decoction is poured slowly into it. When it cools down, the oil is squeezed out with cotton gauze and the procedure is repeated. At the end of the procedure, the ring is removed and the affected area is gently massaged. The total duration of the treatment is about 40-45 minutes.
8. JANU LEPAM :-
Janu lepam is one of the affected ayurvedic therapy having various health benefits. By applying an herbal paste over the knee, not only heal the conditions of knee but also beneficial for the whole body.
Procedure –Before starting the procedure, a person has to wash their knee with normal water and clean with a towel. He/ She has to sit or lie down on the table and the therapist will apply a gentle massage to both the knee with hands and a paste that prepared from various herbs and applied to the knee. Leave the paste for about 25-30 minutes. After the paste gets dry, clean it with normal water, and apply the aloe vera gel or other miniaturization to both the knee from preventing dryness.

When the process of saliva in the mouth is reduced, then dry mouth is the problem of dry mouth. There can be many reasons for this, such as lack of water in the body, starvation or decrease in the amount of fluoride in the water. According to experts, every sixth person definitely struggles with this problem at some time.
What is dry mouth?
The problem of dry mouth is also called Xerostomia. When the salivary glands in our mouth stop making saliva, then the problem of dry mouth arises. The saliva produced in the mouth eliminates the acid created by the bacteria of the teeth, so that there is no problem of worms in the teeth, as well as saliva helps to chew and swallow food easily. In the case of dry mouth disease, eating is the most troublesome.
Dryness of the mouth is also found as a symptom of other diseases, such as-
- Sjogren syndrome

Causes of Dry Mouth

Material Required
2 liter milk
1 cup mixed dried fruits
1/2 cup Makhane
10-12 cashews
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup sugar
1 to 2 inch piece dry coconut –
3-4 cardamom
1/2 cup fresh fruit
How to make?
- Put milk in a pan and let it boil. Add a little water to it before using it, because boiling the milk in a dry pan can burn it on the bottom. Soak the fries and cashews in milk and grind them.
- Soak dried fruits in milk for one hour and grind them and keep them from the beginning. Cut the coconut very thin. Peel cardamom and grind to make powder.
- Add the flower paste and cashew paste to the milk, cook until the milk thickens and turn off the heat.
- After it cools down add raisins, dried fruit paste and coconut to the prepared thick milk. Mix the sugar and cardamom powder by stirring the milk well with a spoon.
