Salt-water solution: Bacteria and viruses are destroyed by washing the nose with salt and water solution. If the nose is full then definitely try this recipe.
Take steam and grind a few mint leaves in boiling water. Then leave it aside for 2 minutes. Then steam it with this water. Do this twice a day.
If you are unable to do anything hot on the nose, then take a handkerchief of hot cotton and pour it in boiling water and put it on top of your nose. Within two minutes you will get relief from it.
Eat spicy food Spicy food will open your closed nose immediately.
Lemon tea drink a few drops of lemon in hot black tea. If you want, add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. This will open your closed nose immediately.
Eucalyptus Oil Heat 1 teaspoon Eucalyptus Oil. Then cool it slightly and drip two drops in the nose. This will give you immediate relief. Do this before sleeping at night.
Garlic soup: You can make vegetable soup and add 3-4 grinded garlic buds. This soup will benefit you a lot. If you want basil leaves, you can also take some fresh washed basil leaves. Your winter will be over immediately by this.
Honey: Add 2 teaspoons of honey to a cup of warm hot water. Drinking this will cure your nose as well as your cooked throat. Drink this solution twice a day.
Mustard oil Heat one teaspoon of mustard oil, when it cools down slightly, drip it in your nose. This will open your nose.

The treatment:
Calcium and Vitamin D supplements: While calcium alone cannot prevent or cure osteoporosis, it plays an important role in maintaining bone health by increasing bone mineral density and reducing the risk of fractures. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption. Include foods rich in calcium and vitamin D in your diet. In severe situations, your doctor may give you a dietary supplement to recover quickly.
Exercise: Resistance and Effect Exercise are most beneficial for bones. It promotes high peak bone mass during childhood and adolescence. When performed later in life it slows down the decline in Bone Mineral Density (BMD) provided calcium and vitamin D intake are sufficient. Ask your physiotherapist to design an exercise program that is appropriate for your bone condition and body.
What types of exercises help treat osteoporosis?
Exercise is an important part of the osteoporosis treatment program. Patient Story – Ritu, Suffering from Hair Fall

Mrs Ritu a 25 years old patient came to visit our clinic (CHANDIGARH AYURVED CENTRE) . She tell during her history that she is suffering with excessive hair fall and dandruff . She also told that the problem started 1 year back when she started taking medication for her skin issues . She notice that the problem of hair fall and dandruff increase . She then visit the dermatologist and tell her complaints . The doctor then advise her to get some report done . When the result of report came out the doctor prescribe him some medication for one week. The medication include oil , shampoo along with the other medication . After taking medication for a week she doesn’t get any satisfactory response and again visit the clinic . She tell all the complaint to the doctor and get her medication changed . After taking medication for next 2 weeks she doesn’t get much relief and change the doctor . In this way she tried medication from different hospitals but with no permanent cure . She then switch to homeopathy for the treatment and tried medication for 2 months . She doesn’t get any satisfactory response and search on the internet for the treatment of disease . She then came to know about AYURVEDIC treatment and search about Ayurveda . She then through internet came to know about CHANDIGARH AYURVED CENTRE . 6 SHIRODHARA :-
In Ayurveda, Shirodhara is a classic therapy which includes pouring of warm herbal oil on the forehead in a continuous stream. The term Shirodhara comes from two words “Shiro” meaning ‘head’ and “Dhara” meaning ‘stream’ that is considered as Bahiparimarjanachikitsa, or external treatments in Ayurveda.
Procedure –Shirodhara treatment begins with Abhyangam. The person has to lie down on the table with closed eyes and relax the body. Before starting the treatment, eyes and ears should be covered with clean cotton to prevent the entrance of oil in eyes and ears. The procedure starts with the pouring of about 2 liters lukewarm oil continuously as a stream on to the forehead in an oscillating manner. The time duration of Shirodhara may extend 45-1 hour depending upon the condition of a patient.The therapist may also give a mild Shiroabhyanga during this procedure. After completion of the procedure, the head washed with lukewarm water and remove the cotton from the eyes and ears and clean that area with a clean cloth. The patient should be advised to avoid dust, sunlight, cold, wind for a short while.

Mr. Anil Kumar is from Patna. He was enjoying his retirement when one day he felt too weak to walk normally. 1. Nerve up tablet:
These tablets are pure ayurvedic formulation. Nerve up tablets help in balancing the vata doshas and kapha dosha. It acts as nervine stimulant. Method of making Panjiree
- To make the registries, first of all take a heavy pan and heat 500 grams of ghee in it.

- Fry the kamarkas in the same leftover ghee and keep it on the side too.

- Add the glue to the pan, mix the mixture well and keep stirring until the glue stops erupting.
- Fry the dry ginger powder and celery, add to the flour and mix everything thoroughly in the pan.
- Now turn off the gas and mix all this mixer well together. You can also mix brown sugar in this hot panjiri, this will bring the sweet taste to the panjiri.
You can eat this Panjiree after it cools down.

Put the remaining ghee in the pan, after the ghee melts, add flour and fry the flour on medium and low flame till it turns light brown or smells good. All the ingredients are ready after roasting.
