Women face a variety of problems during menstruation. But women suffering from PMS have to face more difficulties. Symptoms such as stomach pain, stomach cramps, backache, pain in the breasts, swelling in the breasts, etc. before the menstruation affect you. These symptoms are called pre menstrual syndrome (PMS). Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) shows physical and emotional symptoms. It is one to two weeks before the woman’s period. All symptoms often vary between women and resolve around the onset of bleeding. But common symptoms include acne, tender breasts, swelling, tiredness, irritability and mood changes.

PMS causes hormonal changes that occur during the menstrual cycle. Symptoms of PMS are seen more in some women and less in some women. Perhaps this is why no exact cause has been found till date. Chikistak believes that there is a possibility of increasing PMS due to lack of nutrients in the diet. Therefore, women should include calcium, magnesium, vitamin B6 in their diet. Symptoms are aggravated by the use of caffeine so reduce it. The menstrual cycle of women is of normal 28 days, in which ovulation occurs at 14 days before menstruation, in which the eggs come out of the ovaries and the symptoms of PMS start to be felt within 14 days when the menstruation starts.
What are the symptoms of PMS?
Symptoms of PMS are common in many women, which they do not even know. There are some women in whom two weeks of menstruation start feeling symptoms before the first. This problem can also be caused by estrogen and progesterone hormones. Low levels of serotonin hormones cause loss of appetite, loss of sleep, reduced ability to remember. Mrs Babita a 40 years old patient came to visit our clinic (CHANDIGARH AYURVED CENTRE ). She was suffering with the issue of Ulcerative Colitis from last 1 year and tried a lot of medication from different hospitals but with no relief . The problem started when she suddenly notice blood with her stool with the crampy abdominal pain . She couldn’t understand what is the cause of her illness and why she is facing this problem . Firstly she didn’t tell anyone about her illness for a week but when the motion frequency increase with the increase in the blood and mucous cause the worry . Its uniform temperature is maintained throughout the process by replacing warm oil in Kati Vasti Pool. The oil is kept for 30-40 minutes. After that, a gentle massage is done over the whole back.
8 PATRA PIND SWEDA :-
In other terms, Patra Pinda Sweda is known as Elakizhi, and is described as a form of sweat therapy prepared from herbal ingredients such as the leaves of medicinal plants. Different leaves are selected for this procedure depending on the disease to be treated and the dosha involved in causing the disorder. The commonly used leaves of the plants are Eranda (Ricinus communis), Nirgundi (Vitex negundo), Arka (Calotropis gigantea), etc.
Procedure – The fresh leaves of different plants are collected, sliced and tied in a bolus. Then, the bolus is placed in a pan and heated. Alternatively, it may be dipped in herbal oils that are being heated at a constant temperature. Once the bolus is sufficiently heated, it is removed and gently rubbed over the joints and other affected areas. The bolus should be changed with another heated one once it cools down to maintain the temperature at the site being treated. Once the treatment is over, the treated parts are wiped with a clean and dry tissue paper.

You can do the following remedies to get pneumonia home treatment: –
Garlic
Add four cups of water to a cup of milk. Put half a teaspoon of garlic in it and boil it. When it remains one-fourth after boiling, then consume it twice a day.
Steam
Infections are reduced by taking steam. It also improves the patient’s ability to breathe. Steam reduces cough, and also removes chest tightness.
Mustard Oil
Add turmeric powder to the mustard oil. Massage your chest with this. This protects against pneumonia. It benefits.
Turmeric

Peppermint

Carrot

Which pregnancy diet plan would be right?

First quarter diet plan
Although you need different nutrients to keep yourself and your baby healthy throughout pregnancy, we have chosen a few more nutrients that are especially important for your baby’s growth in the first trimester.
The most important nutrients in the first trimester are folic acid, iron and vitamin B6.
Folic acid protects your baby from neural tube defects such as spina bifida and other congenital defects such as the clot palate.
Iron is needed to make healthy red blood cells, which carry oxygen to the body. Due to lack of enough iron in the body, you may feel tired or breathless. Iron deficiency anemia (low HB) is quite common in India, so this nutrient is required throughout pregnancy.

Second quarter diet plan

You can make Dhokla at home at this time when you feel hungry during breakfast or want to make breakfast at the school tiffin of the children or take breakfast along with you on the journey. Making this is not a difficult task, if you read this recipe carefully then you can make soft and spongy Dhokla recipe at your home. So let’s learn the method of making Dhokla without delay. Dhokla Making Materials
- Gram flour – 200 grams
- Curd – 150 grams
- A teaspoon of lemon juice

- Green chilies 7-8 (long cut)

Method of preparation of Dhokla
Sieve the gram flour in a bowl. Now add curd, salt, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon oil and lemon juice and mix it for 1 minute. Now add water little by little and make a smooth batter (batter is not too thin or too thick) Now keep the batter on the side for half an hour to set.
Let’s prepare ahead until the batter is set. First grease the bowl with oil so that the dhokla does not stick to the bottom. Now put two bowls of water in a pan and keep the stand. Now heat the water on high to medium heat till it boils.
Now roll the gram flour batter with a spoon. Now add baking soda to this batter and add a teaspoon of water and rotate the batter for 1 minute. Now you will see that the batter is full, now immediately put it in a greased pot with oil and place it on the stand in the pan.
Now cover the lid on the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes. Open after the scheduled time and check with a knife. If the knife comes out clean then understand that the dhokla is well formed, if the batter is sticking to the knife, cook two to three more minutes. Now take out the vessel and let it cool down a bit.
After cooling, cut the dhokla into medium pieces with a knife. Dhokla is ready. Now put a spoonful of oil in the tempering pan and heat it to make the tempering. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, green chilies (long cut), curry leaves and fry until the mustard seeds crackle. Now add sugar, 1 cup of water and cook till the sugar dissolves.
