Acidity means an increased level of acid in the stomach. In the stomach, hydrochloric acid is a digestive juice that breaks down food particles in their tiny form to aid digestion. When the stomach contains excessive amounts of hydrochloric acid, the condition is known as acidity.
Acid means sour and bile means heat. Therefore, acidity is a condition that causes sour belching and burning sensation in the body. Increased bile reduces the digestive fire, leading to improper digestion in the production of food and mangoes (toxins). It accumulates in the common digestive channels and causes acidity. Ayurvedic treatment of acidosis should soothe the increased pitta dosha.
To eliminate toxins from the body and to clean the channels, such herbs should be used which are bile destroyer and mild laxative.

Reason:

Diet-
- Patient should drink plenty of water and should take more fruits and vegetables in which the amount of water is more.
- Eating foods rich in nutrients should contain all the vitamins and minerals necessary for the body.
- Eat more of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits.
