AMENORRHEA – WEEKLY DIET PLAN

Amenorrhea is a medical condition in which there is absence of menstruation in females. It doesn’t make a person infertile but shows unhealthy status of an individual. The menstruation in females starts at the age of puberty i.e. around 12-13 years. It stops around 45-50 years and is called menopause. Normally, menstruation stops during pregnancy and lactation. This is not a cause to worry. Amenorrhea is basically of two types: primary amenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea. Primary amenorrhea is the delay in start of menstrual cycle in females. It occurs due to abnormal hormonal levels in blood or any of the anatomical problem. Secondary amenorrhea is the absence of menstruation for three consecutive months. The most common cause of it is pregnancy. However, it can also occur due to hormonal problems. There are various types of treatment available for amenorrhea. It depends on the underlying cause of the disease.
Here we mention some of the useful diets for anemia which leads to decrease in the severity of their symptoms by balancing their doshas and thus make them get rid of this condition by some dietary modifications:

EVENING 4.00-4.30 pm | 1 portion fruit (kiwi) |
