ADENOMYOSIS – WEEKLY DIET PLAN

Adenomyosis is a condition in which the innermost endometrial lining of uterus grows into the muscular layer of the uterus. This endometrial tissue behaves as a normal tissue. It will grow, thickens and bleeds during every menstrual cycle.
The uterus gets enlarged and there occurs menstrual cramps. The flow of blood is also more during menstruation.
Adenomyosis can be either located on a single place or present in the entire uterus. It is not a life threatening situation but excessive pain and heavy bleeding often affects woman’s quality of life.
It is also associated with pain during sexual intercourse and infertility.
However, the exact reason of its occurrence is not known but it usually recovers on its own after menopause.
Here we mention some of the useful diets for appendicitis which leads to decrease in the frequency and severity of symptoms by balancing the 3 doshas and thus get rid of them by some dietary modifications:
