This problem is called cold in the stomach or stomach flu.

Fenugreek seeds and hot water
If you are feeling stomach ache or restlessness during the cold season, then fenugreek seeds can be very beneficial for you.
Method of use-
To consume it, roast half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
Now add 1/4th salt to it and consume it with hot water.
In Ayurveda, fenugreek has a warming effect, which can help you get relief from the stomach issues during winter season.
Irrigate the stomach with warm water
- In cold weather, if you complain of stomach pain, compress your stomach with warm water.
- This will give you a lot of relief.
- To compress the stomach, fill a bag or bottle with hot water.

Consume Honey
Consuming honey can be beneficial for you to avoid cold.

- For this take 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
- Add 2 teaspoons of honey to it.

Ajwain and Asafoetida
Consuming asafetida and carom seeds can also be beneficial for you to get relief from stomach cramps and pain in cold.
Method of use-
- Take some asafetida for this. Now add half a teaspoon of ajwain to it.
- After this, prepare a powder by mixing half a teaspoon of black salt in it.
- Taking this powder with lukewarm water will give relief from stomachache. Also, you can store this powder and keep it.
- Digestive power is strengthened by eating this powder regularly.
Consume Saffron and Shilajit
Consumption of saffron and shilajit can be beneficial for you to get relief from stomach pain in cold.
Method of use-
- Take a pan for this.
- Now add 4 to 5 saffron fibers, 1 teaspoon shilajit and 1 glass of water and boil it well.
- After that sieve it in a cup.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it.
- Consuming this drink 2 to 3 times a day can give relief from the problem of cold.
- With this your body temperature will also be normal.
Basil and Black Pepper
A decoction of basil and black pepper can also be beneficial for you to balance the body temperature in cold.
Method of use-
- For this, boil basil, ginger, black pepper, turmeric and clove together in water.
- Now filter it and drink it.
- This is very beneficial in winter time for your stomach.
- Along with this, the body temperature will also be balanced.
Coriander and Fenugreek Seed Mixture
The spices kept in the kitchen can be very beneficial for you when you feel cold in the stomach.
Method of use-
- For this, take roasted coriander seeds.
- Now add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and grind them.
- After this, add this mixture to 1 cup of water and boil it.
- Now mix some sugar candy in it and drink it.
- This masala tea can keep you away from the troubles of cold.
When there is feeling of cold in stomach, you should consume some hot things. So, that the problems happening in the stomach can be removed.
