Diet Chart for Kapha Prakruti
Kapha present in our body governs all structure and help in lubrication of the body. It mainly controls weight, growth, lubrication for the joints and formation of all the seven tissues — nutritive fluids, blood, fat, muscles, bones, marrow, and reproductive tissues.
If there is any kind of disturbance occur in the Kapha Prakruti this may lead to an increases in mucus, weight, edema, and forms many other diseases.
