Diet Chart for Vata Prakruti
In Ayurvedic terms, the word Vata means to blow or move likes the wind. The main characteristics of Vata dosha are light, mobile, cold, rough, hard, sharp, flowing, and clear.
When a person takes an excessive amount of bitter, pungent, cold food, get more indulge in exercise, sexual activity, etc the normal balance of Vata get aggravated and causes several symptoms like nervousness, anxiety, low body weight, constipation, excessive worrying.
