Diet Chart for Menstrual Problem
Menstruation is the normal vaginal bleeding that occurs as a part of a woman’s monthly cycle. The menstrual blood is partly blood and partly tissues inside the uterus.
Due to some hormonal imbalance especially progesterone and estrogen, there is a disturbance in the cycle. The most common conditions are menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, etc. This will lead to weakness, irritability, loss of appetite, breast tenderness, abdominal cramps, leg pain, etc.
In menstrual problem, your diet should be light, without any fats included in it. Drink enough water to keep you hydrated and adopt some of the nutritious and well-balanced diet which will help to ease out your symptoms.
