Diet Chart for Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is mainly characterized by reduction in the bone mass and the disruption of bone architecture that results in increased risks of fragility fractures, which are the main consequences of this disease. Habitual low intakes of calcium have been reported in toddlers, adolescents, pregnant women, lactating mothers, and postmenopausal Indian women.
To strengthens the bone and prevent osteoporosis, you have to get enough calcium and vitamin D in your diet. Here we described one of the best and nutritious foods which are very beneficial to cure this condition and also provide strength to the bones.
