Diet Chart for Constipation
Constipation is a common problem due to wrong eating habits & sedentary lifestyle. If we don’t take proper care of this issue than it can cause piles, IBS, & other diseases. So always eat a rich diet that is rich in nutrients, fiber, vitamins, & minerals.
Follow the diet chart mentioned below in detail for dealing with the constipation issue:
