Diet Chart for Piles
Piles in other terms known as Hemorrhoid. It is the condition of dilated veins in the walls of the anus and sometimes around the rectum. Symptoms start with bleeding after defecation, anal itching, pain in the anal area, swelling and feeling a lump at the anus, etc.
One of the major causes of piles is wrong eating habits and lifestyles. Eating a good diet that is high in fiber can make stools softener and easier to pass and also relieves some of the associated symptoms.
