Diet Chart for Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a painful disorder for females that usually lies inside the uterus. This disease may involve ovaries, tissue lining of your pelvis, & fallopian tubes of females. In endometriosis, the endometrial tissue got displaced as it breakdown, thicken, & bleed with each menstrual cycle. The tissues surrounding it becomes irritated that develop scars and adhesions. These all conditions appear due to wrong eating habits & sedentary lifestyle. If you have endometriosis start with the following food items mentioned below:
